I appreciate the quickness of my delivery they also listened to my instructions. I only like the chicken salad with cranberries and unfortunately this isnt option on the app. So i added it in the notes and they gave me cranberries. Little things like this make me happy so thats why im writing this review

I've been to many potbelly locations. The guy who took my order at this location shouldn't be in front of customers. Rude, degrading, and unpleasant. The sandwich was great but I'd rather spend my money elsewhere.

Ordered about an hour head of time thru the website. Purchased a sandwich with turkey, Swiss, oil, and seasoning. (Lettuce and mayo were also selected but not pushed thru, looking at my receipt). All I received was bread and turkey. ?

4 or 5 Employees at a time just talk when there are customers. Takes 20 minutes for 1 sandwich still isn't done when the place isn't busy. Lack of organization.

I have been visiting this neighborhood location for over a decade, and always appreciate the consistent quality food. This location's general manager is incredibly friendly and genuinely cares about her store's operations. I've seen her training new employees, coaching employees, and listening to customer feedback and she approaches all of these with professionalism. I experienced an issue in the past with poor service and was more than satisfied with the way that she listened to my concerns and addressed the issue with her team. This deserves five stars to me.

This location is incredibly inconsistent - one time it will be great and the next I will, for example, get no mustard when I order extra mustard thru the app. If it wasn't for the random free sandwiches I get, I absolutely wouldn't be coming here.

There was this one tall African worker that was adding toppings on my sandwich on Tuesday 11/21 at around 5 pm, he was especially sassy towards me and had an attitude to me and my friend. We simply asked for no tomatoes and started giving us attitude saying along the lines of “why would I put tomatoes on your sandwich” in a loud and rude tone, we didn’t want to stay in the store longer and he was being rude to us while we were just choosing toppings and making sure that he didn’t add bacon onto her sandwich because she can’t have pork, he was a little fussy about that. There was no one else in the store so I don’t know why he was treating the only customers, us like that. Anyway we decided we didn’t want to eat in the potbelly because of that experience so we just left to eat outside in the cold.

I just left from this location.I waited into I returned home to open my bag. I opened a surprise for sure.I order a Lucky 7 with everything.I can tell you the sandwich was amazing ?The manager lady was really nice and the atmosphere was great as well.I’ll be back soon .
