Whomever is the manager of this particular Potbelly on the weekends you are such a nice and friendly person, super patient with the customers and their kids and always checking in to make sure everyone is happy and fed. Give this guy a raise, wish I could remember his name.

Placed an order via Uber here, and was delivered a completely different sandwich. Uber did not care to give credit or refund. Thankfully, Abdellah and Ozzy were very kind and professional and helped find a resolution.

The food is always consistent. The bread has a nice toast to it, but not overtoasted. Toppings are fresh, with a reasonably diverse menu. I get the Veggie Melt. The fountain drinks are self-serve. My beverage choice is half unsweetened iced tea and half Strawberry Dragonfruit Refresher. Great selection of milkshakes to choose from as well. The dining room is clean with plenty of seating, including wheel chair accessible tables. I ordered pick up, and the contents were well labeled, and the order was correct and ready upon my arrival. Service is always friendly.

We did not receive several items ordered, and on a salad where no chicken was indicated in multiple places, were given a lot of chicken. The last time we ordered from this location, they did not provide the dressing with the salad. The time before that, they gave us grapes instead of grape tomatoes (seriously). Obviously we need to stop ordering from Potbelly in Lincoln Square.

If you order from this location PLEASE do not do delivery!!! The reason I say this is because they always forget an item from your order. YES they do refund but the point of delivery is because you can’t come out to pickup. SO PLEASE GET ORDERS BAGGED PROPERLY!!!!

Don't know how these companies think they can charge $13 for mediocre fast food sandwiches in this economy. Was worth it when these were 5-6 bucks in the not so distant past. Hopefully the market will teach them a nice lesson.

Got very expensive. $16 for a sandwich? Where are you going to stop with all the greed? Will avoid for sure.
This potbelly location is clean and the workers are very kind here. They take their time with each sandwich and it never feels rushed or like you didn’t get too much of an ingredient. Overall, the sandwiches, soups, and salads are made well. If you haven’t tried a shake I suggest that as well (all flavors are great).
