I went on my lunch break from work and wanted to try out potbelly at this location for the first time. I was definitely disappointed. I ordered turkey Avocado and asked for bacon (which I’m sure I pay extra)…but did not receive any avocado or bacon. I understand it gets busy around this time but it was really disappointing not getting the extra condiments on my sandwich.

I got a say, whoever made the Cubano for an order on 7/24/25 at 12:37 PM is the MVP. Absolute most perfect sandwich I have ever had there. This coming from someone who works in the area for years and have eaten at this location several times. Other than that the entire team there are always friendly, work hard and just make the experience smooth and hassle free. Thank you all for all that you do (but namely the employee who made the perfect sandwich today)

Purchased 4 sandwiches 2 ham & 2 Italian got home and saw my 89 year old mother almost choke on her Italian. Come to realize all our sandwiches were doused with hot peppers. I watched the two young guys preparing the sandwiches and laughing at the same time & thought maybe they were just joking around. Joke obviously was on us and threw sandwiches away. If my life wasn’t so busy & complicated, I would have gone back to speak to a manager don’t bother calling, instead will never go back to this place again. Didn’t know giardiniera hot peppers were the main staple of a sandwich.!

The employees here state they feel very overwhelmed. I don’t want to buy sandwiches from a shop where the employees don’t feel supported by management. Management needs to sit down with the employees and problem-solve.

I ordered a FULL salad, and basically only got half. Felt like they were unprofessional cursing in front of customers as well.
Sandwich was great, but be prepared to take it to go at lunch time. Close to 90% of the seating was taken up by non-customers just eating food they brought.

This location makes their sandwiches very skimpy. I've been to other locations and received a balanced sandwich. I'm not sure what the deal is, but you don't get what you paid for at this location. Don't come here if you don't want to get ripped off. It's so bad and noticeable.

One rude worker very agressive made us uncomfortable. Was getting loud bc he couldn’t understand what we wanted than wanted to claim we didn’t pay when someone else checked us out and we got the receipt. Gross costumer service coming from someone that works in costumer service.
