do I really have to write something about the taxi times? SMDH

Worst security management. The wait in line is now 1 hour and still 1 hour to go. Noon came and they shut down 4 lines. That is 80%. Who running this. Orlando has big lines, but it’s never more than 20 minutes. They open more lines if lines are more than 20 min. Here they close lines at lunch. Crazy

Both times I've been to this airport I was flying american air lines. BOTH times they were delayed. Both visits were years apart from eachother, and simply only layovers to my actual destination. My most recent visit I came home with Covid. If only I hadn't been stuck in this airport for hours maybe I could've made it home healthy.

We flew in from Dallas and our flight out of O’Hare got canceled an hour before takeoff causing us a 25 hour layover. We got a room at the Hilton attached to the airport. The room was 1 bed and small and it smelled. It cost us $527 for 1 night! The room cost $349, we paid $100 extra for late check out and paid $80 in city occupancy tax, state occupancy tax and county occupancy tax. We ate at the hotel restaurant which we had fish and chips, a small wedge salad and 2 drinks which cost us $96! The next day we left the hotel and went back to the airport through TSA screening. The TSA agent that checked us in was very unfriendly and rude. I understand not being friendly to every single person but there’s zero reason to be rude. We bought 2 premade sandwich’s, a small bag of chips, a coke, and a water that cost us $50! This place is nothing more than highway robbery! It is the worst airport to go through and wants nothing more than to separate you from your money. We should have rented a car and drove home. It would have been much cheaper and less hassle. If you ever get stuck at O’Hare like we did, you better have a pile of money to live.

Ohare is huge but lacks things like gluten free food options and stores to shop in when you get delayed 4 hours. There is a lack of seating and the inefficiency of TSA was astounding. Many other airports are far better.

Our flight with American Airlines was delayed three times and we missed two flights. We finally make it and have to go to customer service and this man, Greg was so unprofessional and hateful to everyone. I would blast him on American Airlines page but I cannot find a place to complain. We asked if they could do something for us since they were responsible for our missed flights, one less day of vacation, money, etc. He proceeded to tell us that wasn’t his problem. He said it was weather related and the lady next to us said… no it wasn’t. My husband said, it wasn’t weather, they came over the speaker and said it was maintenance. To which he told her to stay on her side and she is not allowed to speak. Disrespectful dude on a power trip. I will never ever ever flu AA again.

wish i could give zero stars, seriously the worst place i've ever been. Bartenders are the rudest people i’ve ever seen in this industry.

I don't know why it still amazes me how FUGGIN RUDE most of the TSA people in Chicage are. Pushy, loud, full-on power-trip and terrible attitude. I'd take the time to say something to their leadership if I actually thought they would actually do anything to resolve it. Out of all the airports I come in contact with, Chicago O'Hare is one to avoid.

Horrible bartender. She treats people like second class citizens. Very rude. She acted like she didn't want anyone there. Horrible service. Horrible.

Well, let me tell you about my experience! My daughter was in your airport for 24 hours! All you offered her was a $15 voucher and towards the end of the night a cot to lay her head on! So you’re asking me if I recommend you to anyone absolutely not! You guys are pathetic you could’ve taken care of my daughter a little bit better! And it’s her first time flying through Chicago and by God it will be her last! I believe if you would’ve handled it better by getting another airline in there other than united to pick these people up to let them go home. None of that was done! So no you guys get a zero star in my rating!! 😡 And we are not done with this United Airlines, and Chicago. O’Hare will be turned into the Better Business Bureau!!

Luis was my bartender. I asked for a beer and asked how much it costs as I handed him my card. He ignored me, poured the beer, as he swiped my card. It was $14.53 after-tax. I didn't care to leave a tip, of course, considering the outrageous price and poor service, drawing a line through the tip and total sections of the receipt.

I kept my copy and when looked at my credit card statement I realized that somebody, not necessarily Luis, helped themselves to a $3 tip. It was $17.53 for a single beer.

It's petty theft and shouldn't be tolerated. I reported it to HMS, the vendor. I'm hoping to have a satisfactory resolution and if not, I'll be reporting HMS to the airport authorities.

It's not about the $3 they screwed me out of, it's about the likelihood that they regularly do this to their customers, accumulating potentially an absurd amount in petty theft.

Stopped here during a layover, the menu looked good so I had the steak and eggs. The waitress or bartender Justine was not the friendliest but we all have bad days. I placed my order to eat there. She charged me on the spot okay, I sat down a few minutes later she loudly calls out my name and the amount I paid and says “ oh so I’m working for free. “ She also made some other comment. I was shocked and said I usually tip after my meal. She still seemed angry so I sat and waited for my food and it never came. This tipping before we even get anything is getting out of control. I consider myself a great tipper because I’ve worked for tips but I would expect you earn that tip. Taking my order that’s part of your job.

Absolutely rude bar tender woman. Demanded a tip before serving food, and even shouted out in front of all the customers " I don't come here for free" and again demanded a tip.
