Traditional US steakhouse. Fantastic bread and really great onion soup. The quality of the ribeye was great. I am not in love with the American tradition to char meat until it is black rather than to carefully prepare it in butter or with a great caramelized crust. That said , the preparation was excellent and technically very well done.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Prime & Provisions – Chicago
What an incredible dining experience! From the moment we walked up, Prime & Provisions was absolutely stunning and beautiful to walk to in the heart of downtown Chicago. The vibe was a perfect blend of luxe lounge and joyful energy.
The design is amazing. From the elegant peacock feather wall behind the hostess desk to the light fixtures and rounded booths, every detail felt intentional and elevated.
Our serving team was the best. They were friendly, approachable, funny, and knowledgeable, which made the evening flow perfectly.
Now the food… OMG.

We started with East Coast oysters served with a mignonette that had a subtle hint of ginger (to me) and the freshest horseradish. The tomahawk lamb chops were cooked to perfection and served with lavender salt, grilled garlic, and rosemary. Absolutely delicious.
And yes, they have mocktails. Real mocktails, not just juice. Each one was creative and well balanced.
From ambiance to flavor, service to design, Prime & Provisions easily ranks as one of my favorite dining experiences in Chicago. I left full, happy, and completely impressed.

We went here for my girlfriends birthday and it was good! We got the octopus for an appetizer and it was DELICIOUS!!! The steaks I felt like they were okay 😭 nothing mind blowing. I feel like for the price I should be jumping up and down loll. But still a solid steak regardless. Dessert was AMAZING we had the passionfruit cheese cake and the birthday chocolate cake! Service was impeccable! The host was extremely nice and sweet, we had to ask for a favor and she was more than happy to help. I spilled my water and before I could blink there was people there cleaning it up. The service was definitely one of the best parts. Over all great place!

Good place but not a good value. There are better places that are cheaper. For how expensive it was I expected better.

This was a first-time dinner for me. Visiting from Miami, I wanted to try something new before going to the theater. From the entrance to the greeting, I was very impressed. The menu is incredible. So many options available. Our server, Drew, was the best. He recommended different dishes and was so attentive. From start to finish everything was delicious. I cannot wait to dine here again.
2 entrees 2 sides and one appetizer ended up being $496.00 with auto 18% gratuities with no option to change

My wife and I came here tonight for our anniversary. The service was exemplary the entire evening with Humberto as our primary host and waiter. We split a ribeye which was plenty for two people and shared sides. The house cocktails were also really good. They also offered us a complimentary dessert for our anniversary which was really nice of them. Walking away from the experience, our biggest at piece of feedback is that the restaurant is trying to figure out its identity. On one hand, this feels like a premium experience. On the other, we noticed more of a family atmosphere during our particular reservation. This is far from a dealbreaker, just a thought that my wife and I had as we were leaving. Overall, we can’t say enough good things about the service throughout the evening. Thank you so much.
