I can't rate the food because I never received my order. I placed my order at 8:00 pm and at 9:45 I still didn't have it.? it's a beautiful place but they need some directions on how to handle more customers. I know it's not easy running an entertainment place, but they did not even offer an apology about the service. I will not patronize them...But I wish them the best.

This was such an beautiful amazing place!! Plenty of room and tables, VIP section, plenty of TV's to watch sports, clean washroom, and they have happy hour from 6-7 on Thursdays and play old school house music. I only tried to hit wings and cheese sticks and they were delicious. I'm definitely returning back to this establishment on Thursday.

We have been here several times and never disappointed. One of our favorite times for my husband is the Sunday Brunch with a fantastic menu that included, among other things,buttery shrimp, the best salmon croquettes, grits, unlimited Mimosas, and the DJ was on point! Oh, and clean washrooms. This place is definitely a hidden spot in the community.

The ambience at this venue is nice. Unfortunately, the customer service is awful!!! It took more than an hour to get one drink during Happy Hour. In spite of there being only one bartender, there weren't that many patrons there to justify such a long wait. No apologies about the wait. Others patrons left saying that they'd never return. I have yet to speak to anyone who has had a pleasant experience at Privilege.

Me my husband and daughter went no one seated or greeted us. We waited 20 to be acknowledged. We order our drinks and food all at once our appetizers came out after 25 min no drinks my husband went to the bar and got the drinks. My burger came out I asked for well done it was raw. My daughter never got her salmon dinner. We advised the owner what happened he was dismissive amd never apologized. We canceled the burger and my daughters salmon meal and went to McDonald's. I will never go and spend money there again.

We were not greeted when we arrived when we asked we were told sit anywhere. After 30 minutes we finally got a menu then we ordered After another 30 min our appetizers came out but no drinks or water. My husband went to the bar and got drinks. The appetizers chicken wings and shrimp were good. I ordered a burger well done it came out Raw and my daughters salmon dinner never came. Talk to the owner advised him what happened he didn't not offer an apology he told the waitress to take it off the hill and walked away we left and took my daughter to McDonald's as it was late and she had school. I would never go back.
