I just flew from Kansas City into Ohaire in a United Flight 1491 with a purple roller carry on bag. Upon landing, I went to get my bag from the overhead & my bag was gone! I have filed a report with United & it has not been recovered. I can not reach anyone at O'hare to file a police report. There must be security everywhere in the airport & yet no phone number to call???

I don't know why it still amazes me how FUGGIN RUDE most of the TSA people in Chicage are. Pushy, loud, full-on power-trip and terrible attitude. I'd take the time to say something to their leadership if I actually thought they would actually do anything to resolve it. Out of all the airports I come in contact with, Chicago O'Hare is one to avoid.

We didn’t have a very good experience there. The wait for the food was extremely long, everyone there was taking their food to go after waiting 30-40 mins for a burger. It is an airport, obviously everyone is tight on time. We ordered a cheeseburger and paid $2 extra for salad instead of fries. And got an absurdly high amount of Arugula and nothing else. No salad dressing or lettuce or anything other than a ton of Arugula. This place is terrible.

This place has serious health issues going on. While I sat facing the cooks behind the wall, none were wearing gloves, to make matters worse I witnessed one guy coughing into his hand multiple times then plate food, grab prepared chips from a bin and put than on a plate. Truly a disgusting experience, I’ll never be back and would advise the Chicago health inspector to visit.

One of the the weirdest dining experiences. They don't really check up on you. They pick and choose who they want to attend to. I had hopes the food would make up for it but its $3 extra for fries with my 20 dollar burger. Food came and was mid. Mediocre. They don't even bother to bring the bill or prompt you to pay with table qr code. Just avoid em next time you stop at o hare

The sandwich at Public Tavern was delicious and well-made, but the side of chips was too oily for my liking. I would have much preferred fries as a side option.

Well, let me tell you about my experience! My daughter was in your airport for 24 hours! All you offered her was a $15 voucher and towards the end of the night a cot to lay her head on! So you’re asking me if I recommend you to anyone absolutely not! You guys are pathetic you could’ve taken care of my daughter a little bit better! And it’s her first time flying through Chicago and by God it will be her last! I believe if you would’ve handled it better by getting another airline in there other than united to pick these people up to let them go home. None of that was done! So no you guys get a zero star in my rating!! 😡 And we are not done with this United Airlines, and Chicago. O’Hare will be turned into the Better Business Bureau!!
