Stopped in during a brief layover at O'Hare. I was seated quickly, served promptly, and enjoyed my meal. They also have a little Buffalo Trace, which always makes things better... Thank you so much for taking care of me while I was passing through!

My wife and I had a very nice experience here. They have excellent food and fresh brewed ice tea. The service was fantastic especially since it was so busy during the time we were there. We certainly will stop again when flying through ORD.

Nice place to sit for a meal. Staffing seemed adequate but nothing stanss out as exceptional. The food is ok but a little high priced for the portion and quality. I keep coming back because it's convenient when switching terminals.

Surprisingly good airport pub food! Chicken sandwich on multigrain and the fries with aoili were great. Would come back.

We sat to eat here. Jennifer showed up, threw the menus at us when we had picked up a different menu from the stand since no one gave us menus and the QR code did not work. When informed, her response was “the menu is in front of you”. Needless to say, we weren’t going to sit there and continue the terrible service so we left. The hostess didn’t seem surprised we left as this may not be the first offense.

It is centrally located and easy to navigate. I love the recent improvements. BUT, the lack of charging stations for cell phones, etc. is frustrating. Outlets throughout gate seating do not work. Also, the drinking water is terrible! Tastes and smells of chlorine. I hope these will be upgraded soon!

For a $3.50 add on to a $20 burger I’d expect more than the essence of avocado

The chicken breast in the chicken sandwich was juicy, and the sauce was excellent. The side salad with arugula and white balsamic vinegar was very good. Overall, the food was excellent.

Well, I've been coming here for 7 years now, and it finally went downhill enough to change my review. HMS is running this place into the ground. Menu is paired way down and they cheapified a few of the things that are left. Stale bread, soggy greens, and slow service even though they make you order/pay yourself online now. $30 for a chicken sandwich, side salad, and tea. Even for the airport, that's pretty steep.

Edit 3: out of half the menu, had 30 minutes and couldn't manage to scramble my eggs in time, so done with this place. Food is mediocre too. F

Half the menu was unavailable. I ordered a burger. The texture was terrible. Mushy but also chunky with gristle and slimy without seeming oily. It tasted like something that was made from meat I wouldn’t feed to my dog and had been left out at a child’s birthday party. The lettuce was brown and wilted. I took two bites and think if I had taken a third I would have lost 15 pounds to food borne illness. The floor was sticky with layers of unwashed grime.

The fries were okay. Typical airport fries.

The service was solid. I didn’t have the heart to tell my poor server that the food was inedible. He seemed very nice and was extremely busy running tables.

Hate to leave bad reviews, but highly recommend eating elsewhere.

I had a fish sandwich. They put a horrible spicy mustard on it for some reason, and unfortunately, I got it to go so I didn't find out until it was too late. Yuck
French fries were good at least

Great clean home made when you order... great for healthy eaters or those that like good food.

I had a nice breakfast. Good coffee. Tasty eggs, bacon, sourdough bread. And a relaxing space just a bit removed from all the commotion of the airport.
