At first I was a little annoyed that the wait time was long as hell lol(over an hour). Me personally I am a pretty big guy, this place is small, like very small. I went to this restaurant on an empty stomach, have not eaten for 21 hours straight so I didn’t enjoy the fact I had to wait almost 2 hours to get some food in me. Now once we were seated, ate arepas with tostones as appetizers, settled in with shots of Colombian liquor, this place is ok. What I couldn’t stand was the fact they were playing live loud ass music for a place themed as a restaurant. The theme for this restaurant is a Spanish club and a full sit down restaurant in one. I couldn’t even hear my party talking because it was too loud. If you like loud dj music with the whole full sit down restaurant experience this place is for you. Me personally when I go to a restaurant with a group, I enjoy the art of companionship and conversation, don’t expect that here because of the loud music. Food was good, not bad. Only reason I am giving this place a high rating is because my family enjoyed it, they had a good time. If my family is happy, I am happy.. We had two people in our group that had birthdays, all the waiters came with musical instruments, sang happy birthday and the dj played the classic happy bday song lol. What made it more funny and special because this place is small, when the waiters came to sing happy bday, the whole restaurant played a long as well and they gave the birthday boys Colombian sombreros lol. They upsell with pictures as well, a lady comes around and takes pictures, they frame them and come by your table to sell them, this was nice because I purchased three frames that were nice pictures. Also as a bachelor let me tell you, they were some honeys in here. I wanted to get my Mac on but because I was with my fam and this place was very small with a mixed singles and family atmosphere I had to resist but indeed there were pretty females up in here. This place is cool if you looking to party and eat. Again me personally, if am going to full set restaurant I like the whole dining experience without loud music other than that I had a good time. All love! No hate but they do have a small ass bathroom lol.

The place was quite good, the service we received was also good, but the prices are somewhat exaggerated...

Went in during lunch when it’s a little quieter but this is definitely a unique place you could never guess what’s inside if you walk by. The steak was cooked more than the doneness I wanted but the marinade and the tenderness more than compensated for it! Delicious meat the sides were a little underwhelming however

I loved this place! Since we entered, its family atmosphere, its food has not lost its authenticity in Colombian food like other restaurants here in Chicago, first time I visited it and even the photo service was very good, the margaritas were just right, the fish, the meat and the chicharrón And not to mention the patacon with hogao, it is a delicacy of the gods! Carlos attended us, very cordial with us, I recommend him to💯

We went to eat and were treated horribly by a lady who was taking customers to the table. She treated us horribly, the worst service I have ever received in my life. Five of us went to eat and they didn't want to give us a table because they were supposedly reserved. We entered and they left us sitting without a table and we saw a table that was empty and we wanted to grab it but she insulted us and said that she was not going to give us the table. In the end no one sat at that table and they left us without a table. The lady is the worst

The menu is totally different, the prices are not the same, we came to the place for rice with chicken and there is no fish soup on the menu and there was and there are no hot drinks, the menu is definitely not the same as the one that appears here

I went in with no expectations. Sometimes it's better that way. This place was amazing. Our server Manuel was so wonderful. He gave us good suggestions, paced well, and got us everything we needed. The food was great. If you have a big party, make sure to get the shareable appetizer that has a mixture of tostones, yuca, bistec, chicharrones, and salchicha. It was an excellent choice. The entrees were flavorful and served in a timely manner. I had the Bandeja Carne. It was simple but fantastic. Flan Cafe was incredible. Incredible experience.

The food was ok. The empanadas were kind of small but they were very tasty, the frijoles were kind of bland and the chicharrón (skin part) was not crispy at all making it extra greasy. I truly wish the food was better, it was a nice size portion but again it was missing “the sazón” What made this a good night was the atmosphere and the servers were very attentive.
