Lu Lu’s restaurant is a GEM! She treats her customers like family and is just the sweetest! The food is always hot and delicious - my favorite is her pambazo sandwich. The flavor profile and texture combination is perfection. I can’t recommend her family-run restaurant enough. Amazing food and even better people. 🩷
Not only is the food incredible, but Lulu is an absolute treasure! We stopped by on a whim for takeout dinner one evening, and I’m so grateful we did! The coffee was delicious, the mole was fantastic, and our enchiladas and flauta dinners were very tasty. We waited for our food for a bit inside after ordering on arrival, and the space is comfortable, clean and spacious. We will definitely be making Pueblo Nuevo to our list of local restaurant gems, and will plan to dine-in next time instead of takeout!
