Currently obsessed w Punky’s Pizza. Last week I ordered a Caesar salad, pepperoni pizza, antipasto salad, and their tomato basil soup with homemade garlic croutons…and every single bite was fantastic. You can taste the fresh ingredients in everything. The soup in particular was ridiculously good. I loved it so much I ended up ordering again within the same week. Punky’s Pizza is a MUST TRY.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza with an appetizer of wings. The wings were hard and tasted burnt. For wings that were $10.95, we expected them to be lot better. The pizza was doughy and kind of bland. We should've taken a trip to Pequod's for a deep dish that would've been the same price. We left and came back, but the staff didn't recognize us from 10 minutes ago to serve our order (the place wasn't busy). I personally wouldn't recommend this place for takeout.

On what planet is this good food. The sauce on the pizza slice was tasteless, the sausage was OK. The grilled chicken with mozzarella and tomatoes was fresh but the balsamic dressing was overpowering. The worst was a poor excuse of a what was supposed to be minestrone. Brownish broth, too big diced carrots, onion and celery, some weird mystery meat, no beans, no pasta or rice, and way to salty. I've had highly rated pizza that lived up to the hype, but This place doesn't come close.

One of my all time favorites! Chicken chabatta, ceaser wrap and my all time fav pot roast dinner. Everything is great here.

Thank you for your consistent excellent service and food for our company events. Punkys is our go-to restaurant for feeding our staff, and we appreciate the reliability across your offerings, from sandwich trays to full dinners and pizza.

Your flexibility, especially with short-notice orders and large catering orders is greatly appreciated.

I used to go here like three decades ago and their hamburger was the bomb I came back to Chicago and I said I'm going to get me a juicy hamburger with my grandson and when I say that burger had no type of seasoning the only seasoning that was on it was the lettuce tomato onion and mustard. Very disappointed And that Burger cost me 12 bucks

They looked me dead in my eye and asked me for three dollars for a small side of vodka sauce.

Like the kind of small side you’d get salsa in at a Mexican restaurant

Every review is just citing how awful the two women at the front are and it’s just the, coming from someone who works in the restaurant industry. Go to ricobenes lol

🚨🚨🚨UPDATE: I observed the counter and based on just the remarks being made by the lady who I understand has worked there for a while; she really needs to find a different occupation. If it weren't for Alfredo the cook, and all the rest of the hard working crew this place would be done. I will not mention her name or the name of her relative. Seems irrelevant. If you're in the area, Google other places, there's pizza spots all over the neighborhood *****

Go to take a bite of the burger and you get a whole damn jar of mayonnaise.
Go to eat some chicken noodle soup and the only thing you’re eating is carrots.
I really don’t know why I keep giving this place a chance. It sucks a…….

I would NEVER eat here or recommend this place.

The service was terrible, and the woman who assisted me had a poor attitude.

They close at 9 PM, and when I placed my order around 8:30, I wanted to enjoy the pizza at the restaurant. However, they handed me my order in a takeout box, while the customers who came in after me received their pizzas on plates.

By around 8:45 PM, the woman was already shutting things down—turning off the televisions and closing the entrance door—while still maintaining an awful attitude. I understand she may have wanted to leave quickly, but it wasn't even 9 PM yet, and as a customer, I was very disappointed.

I get food here almost every week and I've never been disappointed at anything I've tried. Fresh, flavorful salads, creamy, comforting soups and the very best eggplant parm I've ever had. Even the desserts leave nothing to be desired. Perfectly yummy.

We ate at Punky’s last Friday and I have to say the food is incredible. I had the pot roast wrap. It was so tender. The wraps are made in house with their own pizza dough. I had leftovers the next day and even warming up, the meat was still tender and juicy. My husband had vodka sauce pizza with sausage and that was delicious too. Can’t wait to go back and try more yummy dishes from Punky’s.

Ordered to go via their website and the order was completed by the time I arrived. I had a buffalo chicken wrap. The wrap itself was good and taste fresh. The chicken has the right amount of sauce on it.
