I ordered a pepperoni pizza, onion rings and fries. The pizza was average but frozen pizza from any grocery store would have been better. The onion rings were 7$ and didn't come with sauce. The fries were undercooked too. The prize came out to 36$ and the service was ridiculously awful. One employee

My coworker and I ordered the grilled chicken Caesar wrap and the buffalo chicken Caesar wrap. My workplace has ordered several times from this location and usually the food is very good. Today the food was delivered it was cold, hard and tasted stale, both wraps! We never had this experience before with Punkys. I called to let them know about the food and spoke with Jessica, who claimed to be a manager. She was very disinterested in hearing about the quality of the food that was sent and repeatedly stated, “ your food was sent right out”. I tried to explain over and over again that the food was horrible and she totally wasn’t trying to hear it! I then asked her what was the store managers name and she refused to answer. I asked her several more times and I was told the managers name was “PUNKY”. I am very disappointed with the way this situation was handled and I will not order from them ever again.

Had delivery here last weekend (broken phone so just getting to this now)...had the wrong pizza delivered as you can see. Scarlata was ordered and noted on box but got a completely different pizza. For $90 on two pizzas and an app to get this wrong is wild. Very overpriced for what you get for. Crust wasnt even crispy just super tough. Like jaw hurt after a cpl slices tough. I live blocks away so its not like it sat around awhile. Vodka pizza is decent though but second time here and likely last unfortunately.

Their "thin crust" pizza is not thin at all, it's puffy like bread sticks and airy. I thought I was eating a premade crust from the grocery store, it was actually trash. The ingredients were fresh and tasted good, but the crust itself was so bad I wanted to throw the whole pizza away. Stop advertising that as a thin crust, it's not. Only "thin crust" pizza that's nastier is Rico Bene's. YIKES.

A chicken sandwich and fried ravioli was almost 30 dollars!! That is so outrageous. That's more than I pay for lunch in the loop. Not to mention food is less than average bar food. You're better off going anywhere else.

Who at punkys thinks this is a $27 meal? They need to be examined. Honestly that’s outrageous lol. I almost needed to take out a loan once I added a drink to this. $14 for a sandwich and $8 for 6 raviolis is crazy. And on top of that you’re gonna charge 3.95% on cards? Crazy.
