I have always liked the Pupusas at this place. But the last time I went they overcharged me for everything we bought. I let the waitress know and she just said:The thing is that the prices have not been updated and he pointed out a sign in the window where it said that the prices are subject to change.As a warning, BEFORE ORDERING YOUR FOOD, MAKE SURE THE PRICES ON THE MENU ARE CORRECT. If not, you will have to pay more for insurance than you had calculated.This, in my opinion, is almost a SCAM (SCAM) ???♀️

I asked for a Egg and Chorizo Pupusa and they said they I can only pick the ingredients from the Pupusa listing. I don't understand why it couldn't be made when they have eggs for breakfast, AND they have the option of “Make you own”. The steak Pupusa was Ehh! I tasted the cheese more than the steak. However, the Pupusa texture was good, soft but tasteless. A good and smart restaurant will satisfy a customer if they use the ingredients.——————————————————I ordered an Egg and Chorizo Pupusa and was told that I can only choose the ingredients from the Pupusa listing. The pupusas are good and substantial but the wait, customer service, calls to order are a crap shoot. So if you want to spend long periods of time waiting to order or waiting on hold or picking up when they say only to wait some more than this is the place for you. The struggle of setting aside 30 minutes to wait for an order placed over 45 minutes ago isn't worth it to me.

I live in the north side of Chicago and was in the neighborhood and decided to try this place out. I am so glad I did, I will definitely be a repeat customer. The pork pupusas are so delicious! Restaurant is clean and staff is very attentive.

Coming from a mexican perspective the pupusas were very oily, lacked seasoning. Presentation wise it was just a pupusa on a blank white plate. The taco de asada was slightly burned. The quesadilla was actually good. Service was good, lady was nice and continuesly asked if we were okay.

Today was my first time coming to the pupuseria, really good food and friendly staff! I don’t care driving 30 minutes this place is worth it! My favourite pupusa was the Asada ???Update 1/15/24 the food still really good, but I asked for quesadillas salvadoreñas and they were burned ☹️ I get it, we shouldn’t throw the food away but you shouldn’t sell burnt food still good place tho ☺️
