Lot to improve, pupusas were completely out of flavor and shape without mentioning they took about 50 minutes to serve having only few clients.
As a Salvadoran I’m avoiding this place in the future.

This was my first time here since it changed from Don Pedro. The server never introduced themselves, they gave no water to any of the tables. When asking about the menu, it seemed that the common response was “oh it’s good,” or “oh it’s a plant.” It seemed that there was minimal knowledge of what the foods actually consisted of. We ordered an appetizer and it came out after the food. The appetizer had a hair in it and after a look around none of the kitchen staff had hairnets on. The cashier seemed new and unfamiliar with the system, causing some frustration with coworkers. While waiting another customer was sat but then never served. This place has potential to be a strong restaurant with a good concept but has a few kinks to work out to get there.
