I really love the smoothies. But for a $13 smoothie, there really should not be any chunks. The past THREE times Ive come in, my smoothie had so many chunks I couldn’t finish it. Y’all, come on. You do one thing and it’s blending. The customer service is so bad I can never get anyone to acknowledge me when I come in. I get it, I work customer service too, but for real everyone seems miserable. Bums me out because I love the smoothies but hate the BIG CHUNKS OF FROZEN BANANA and TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

update: 8 days ago got an email offering to refund. i responded with all the details they asked for and never heard back about the supposed store credit for my terrible experience. I emailed back twice and finally got a response.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at this Pure Green! The staff is so helpful and fun + each smoothie is fireeee. Also the charcoal juice is so good and refreshing

Had a delicious bunch of smoothies and açaí bowls from Pure Green Lincoln Park recently! The interior is so so cute, and I really loved the hanging swings! The fresh juices looked so bright and vibrant, but my favorite part was the smoothie & bowl options!

We tried the:
-Pink Dragon Smoothie
-Mocha Cold Brew Smoothie
-Collagen Berry Bowl
-Chocolate Hazelnut Bowl

The staff working were super nice and helpful, and the entire experience was awesome. I would definitely go again!

Chain restaurant with multiple locations, went to the one in Lincoln park. Lots of healthy options and very filling açaí bowls. Tried their smoothies too, soo good! They have immunity booster shots too. Decently priced and super nice staff! More on insta @thefoodblogie

DO NOT BUY Gift Certificates online from Pure Green. I recently purchased a $100 gift certificate and when the recipient tried to redeem the certificate she was told that there was a problem and they would not honor it. Phone calls and emails have not been answered. A real disappointment since they have a great product. Nevertheless they have lost me as a customer.

The banana nut smoothie is the best smoothie on the menu in my opinion! A close second is their classic pure green smoothie if you like refreshing and fruity. The pure protein açaí bowl was so delicious, would order again. Lastly, got to try their Honey Magic steel-cut oatmeal which wasn’t my favorite since the oats were pretty watery and lacked flavor. Overall a good experience!

As someone who doesn’t drink coffee, I LOVE a good smoothie, and my favorite smoothies are from Pure Green! In the summer, the Pure Pina Colada is my go-to, and the Pink Dragon smoothie is also one of my favorites! And if you see the Chocolate Hazelnut Açai bowl, that is a MUST TRY!

The staff is always incredible, and all their locations are perfect for working from home or meeting a friend!

Stopped by Pure Green Chicago, and I’m so glad I did! The smoothies were fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed. The shop has a cozy vibe, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating, even letting us capture some content during our visit. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area! 💛
