Pure Green - Juice Bar Wicker Park

I just ordered 247 dollars in juice and never received it and they don’t refund your money back it crazy never order from this place no more

DO NOT BUY Gift Certificates online from Pure Green. I recently purchased a $100 gift certificate and when the recipient tried to redeem the certificate she was told that there was a problem and they would not honor it. Phone calls and emails have not been answered. A real disappointment since they have a great product. Nevertheless they have lost me as a customer.

Smoothies are generally good (occasionally not blended thoroughly) but the service is comically bad. Consistently the least friendly service I’ve ever experienced. I’ve been to multiple other Pure Greens and haven’t had issues with service, but every person that works here acts like you’re inconveniencing them just by walking in the door.

I understand it’s likely a minimum wage job but it is completely unacceptable to take resentment or bitterness out on customers.

The banana nut smoothie is the best smoothie on the menu in my opinion! A close second is their classic pure green smoothie if you like refreshing and fruity. The pure protein açaí bowl was so delicious, would order again. Lastly, got to try their Honey Magic steel-cut oatmeal which wasn’t my favorite since the oats were pretty watery and lacked flavor. Overall a good experience!

Stopped by Pure Green Chicago, and I’m so glad I did! The smoothies were fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I needed. The shop has a cozy vibe, and the staff was super friendly and accommodating, even letting us capture some content during our visit. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area! 💛

Went here around May 21st. The atmosphere of this location is very calm for a wicker park experience. The Cashier taking the order seem to not want to talk at all and just wanted our order. A girl which if she wanted to not work in customer service should quit. After she took our order she was the only one making acai bowls. The bowls look ascetically pleasing but the acai base was very runny, there was too much granola and very bad after taste where you need water to flush it out. Overall if your staff can't make a simple acai bow and be friendly to customers they should get another job.

Pure Green has spots popping up all over Chicago! It’s a perfect spot to get healthy but delicious food pre or post workout! I’m a fan of the smoothies and juices. It’s something you FEEL good about eating. Each location is a bit different but they all have such a warm atmosphere great place to chat with friends or get some work done!

Weird vibe… walked in to be stared at for 5 mins while not being acknowledged whatsoever. Like, hello?

Wow the people here really suck. They all look like they hate their jobs. Look I get it if you don’t love it but at least be friendly, say hello and thank you it doesn’t cost anything to be polite. 3 people in the morning staff and they all looked miserable. If you hate it so much then quit.

I really enjoyed Pure Green! The banana nut smoothie was super delicious and I loved their açai bowls
