Cancelling a reservation is a terrible experience. I needed to cancel and the only policy they have is that you can get a refund if you cancel before 2 hours prior to your reservation time. Cool. But they use Tock and there was no cancel button on the reservation page. I figured I could call them and cancel, but no one picked up the phone…I called repeatedly late morning to early afternoon within the confines of this 2 hour policy and didn’t get anyone to answer the phone. Tried contacting them on social media on Instagram and Facebook. They “saw” my message and didn’t say anything. I filled out their contact form but they won’t get back to me for 1-2 business days. I literally had no way to cancel and missed the policy deadline…so I paid for a reservation I couldn’t make when I did as much due diligence as I could to cancel within their policy time…it wasn’t my fault no one answered ANY avenue. So now I’m going to go to the physical location and waste my time explaining it to them so I can get a refund. I shouldn’t have to get to that point…but alas, that’s where I am. Never reserving here again. It sounds flexible, but without a cancellation button on the reservation page, there’s no other easy way to cancel…I’ve literally tried them all 🙄

Dope location, really fun time on either course, and strong drinks. Having the elevator and coat check was a plus. Only negative was the long wait times. While packed on a Saturday night, some holes take a lot longer per group to complete, thus building up a longer line of others waiting behind them.

Fun and interesting concept in a great location. Recommend going during none peak hours (if possible) for the unlimited play and to have free rein of the place. Drinks are reasonably priced, and the food menu is diverse (Numerous Vegan / Vegetarian options) and surprisingly delicious.

the place in itself has phenomenal decor. the vibe is perfect for a date night or a girls night. the only thing i didn't care for were the kids running around all over the place. i'd def come back for the rooftop space though.
