Just purchased a five piece bar b que wings with fries, three of the wings came off pigeons, I have never seen wings this small from a restaurant. The wings tasted like they were cooked in a oven with instant smoke favoring which is very upsetting to the stomach. The wings were $12, tax $1.20 and a "$.60 Technology fee" which I thought was added to online orders and I was a walk in so in total I paid $13.80, the sauce was okay. It's a reason I was the only customer, food not worth the price and the gentleman that came in after me only purchased a drink. UNBELIEVABLE, thr next time I go get my hair done I'll order from Hooks.One good thing you can reuse the container that the food came in.
Parking: Plenty because there's no customers.

This spot had tender, meaty tips when I first started going. I don't know what has changed but I definitely don't think the cook is the same. My last few visits, tips have tasted like they where cooked on top on the stove, and were made 3 days ago. Links were okay. They closed the 79th street location and moved to 148th and Kedzie I think. I hope they do better, but I will not be back.

I decided to try this business out, ordered large pork rib tips. Serving size was small and tips seemed baked, not smoked or grilled on a pit. Absolutely no flavor on the meat at all. If you gotta use the sauce for flavor you need to step up your bbq game. I will never return. The woman taking orders was nice tho.

I love the food best turkey tips you can find. If you ever in the mood for a turkey link this is the place hands down. Portions of fries can be expanded as fries are the cheapest thing of the meal. However I wish there was consistency with call in orders. One day you can,one day you call in but the food isn't prepared until you come in and pay which defeats the purpose, another day you have to go online consistency is key for all business. Overall great food and I do continue to come here.

I was very disappointed. I spent 14.61 for a small order of pork tips. The serving size was also disappointig. It wasn't hot or edible in my opinion. This was not the stop I should've made. Go there at your own risk. I will never return. It was an expensive learning experience. The service was good ?. The only positive. Sorry, but it's true!

I would have given 5 stars I’m being good with the 4. Because this was one of my fav go tos. I always stick to this rule just as others “get your order hours before closing or you gonna get old food items that’s been sitting there”. I took a leap cause I just didn’t want anything else. Guess what happened ? my fries tasted like cardboard ?. I love love love their sauce but not on cardboard fries ?. The turkey tips were just ok. I’ve had better from this restaurant. I was disappointed and it was my granddaughters 1st time after my raving however she wasn’t pleased ?.

I just left there...order a large Link and Tip..I got a small tip and no link..I didn't notice it till I got to work... call them and was told to bring it back..how I was on the bus and in the suburbs...it cost me 30.00 i will never go back and gonna make sure noone I know will ever visit
Turkey tips were not tips but tiny squares. I’m sure that was 3 tips cut up. Very sad to serve people food portions that aren’t worth $11. I was curious into why the box felt very light upon pick up. Never again…

I placed an order with this establishment for NYE 2023. I had never ordered with them before, so I was a bit apprehensive but when I read the reviews, I decided to go ahead and give them a try. I am absolutely glad that I did. I ordered the pan of turkey tips for a gathering I was having and all of my guests enjoyed the food, as did I. The sauce was good, the tips were tender and flavorful. The service was A1. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to try good turkey tips. Since this was all I have had from them, I can't speak to any of the other items they serve on their menu, but if it is anything like the turkey tips, it'll be delicious.

Very kind and polite staff. Turkey tips were very good. I would have preferred some bigger chunks than what was served. The turkey tips seem to have less fat than I get at other restaurants. The service is very fast but you have to order online if you want them to have it ready for you before you show up. Otherwise they won't prepare the food until after you pay if you come in person
