Today was my first experience at Queen Sheba. The food was delicious and very filling. I ordered the injera fir fir for lunch and opted to have the lamb version.The dish was fulfilling using my right hand to eat . The injera was light and airy. Like an unsweetened, sourdough version of a French crepe. The fir-fir has a tangy, spicy kick to it. Took my wife for a brunch date. Came to this cutest lil mama papa shop. Amazing Americano! Cardamom Black Tea yum! We shared one injera firfir almost couldn’t finish it. Very Delicious!
