This place is special. The environment is awesome, the staff are always friendly and helpful. I've gone a few times this season, and will probably go a few more regardless of the one problem.
The only problem is that on many nights, the delay in getting drinks and food can be pretty over the top. Totally understandable... with everyone trying to eat at the same time before game time. However, the operation probably needs to hire more cooks/bar tenders, or reduce the quantity of tables.
Sitting at the bar and ordering simpler food (not steaks) is more consistent.
Again, this place is wonderful. And the delays don't impact my interest in going. But wanted to share this as a data point for whatever marketing team reviews the reviews, to help improve operations.

Went to a hawks game and had dinner here. Our server Stephanie was great. The food and drinks were really good and I would go back. We were seated in the Atrium section, and it can get loud with all the music and people coming in for the game.

Went there with some friends that recommended it. Had reservations to have dinner prior to the ELO concert.
We were promptly seated and the wait staff assistants did a great job.
Our server on the other hand was a little lost. Table ordered drinks. I ordered a mixed drink. Drinks showed up at the table and I was served a beer. Mistakes happen, I get it. 20 min later my drink arrives and we order dinner.
Multiple questions were asked about meals on the menu. Our server could not answer one. Almost like he never looked at the menu. Shame on the manage.ent for not having the staff trained properly.
Our dinner arrives and my wife's food was delivered to a different table and I was missing part of my side order. Again, things happen, I get it. 25 min later after asking multiple times where the food is (everyone else at table is now done with there meals) I flagged down a manager. Explain to him the situation and tell him we have to leave in 20 to get into the venue and my wife has yet to be served. He says let me check on the meal and proceeds to tell me that we can go late into the venue because there is an opening band (that is nice but I would like to hear the opening band as well)
Five minutes later he is at the table with the rest of the food. I visit a lot of restaurants and have had it where something goes wrong with one of the dishes being served. The problem is usually rectified within a few minutes. NOT. 25 minutes. Again he had more excuses. Customers do not want to hear excuses, they want to know you are going to rectify the problem in a timely matter.
Serviced sucked but the meals were all fantastic.
I thought about giving a one start review but the back of the house with excellent chefs should not be punished.
Truth be told the manager comped the two meals that were screwed up. Unfortunately the damage was already done

We've dined here twice now and it does not disappoint. We had the Sea Bass and the Filet Mignon. Both delicious. The service was exquisite and the piano player is personable and talented.

A hidden gem in the United Center! Servers are friendly and attentive. Your meal starts with a delicious complementary Merkt’s cheese garlic bread. A bit pricey and portions are smaller side. A la carte sides. Relaxing supper club atmosphere with live piano music. Leftover drinks can be placed in a “to go cup” to enjoy while at your seat. A great way to begin your event.

Had drinks before a Bulls game. Cocktails were overpriced, but serviceable for an arena vendor. Atmosphere and design were nice, you can feel the pregame energy as it’s set over the UC atrium. Although it also gave off a little airport lounge feel, for better or worse. Glad this option exists, but you’d probably be better off getting food/drinks in the West Loop before your event if you have the time. You don’t need event tickets to enter.

Unreal service and a great birthday experience was had here. Easy parking outside the atrium, much larger space than anticipated. The carrot cake is amazing! The filet was delicious and the ritz cracker crust calamari was

My wife and I had been really wanting to try Queenies since we learned about it. The idea of a supper club in the United center sounded amazing. We made reservations for Queenies to take out of town guests before the Blackhawk’s game on 01/13/24.Our server seemed a little off at first and we were fine with it because he could have been having a bad day or something so it wasn’t a big deal. We ordered a few drinks, a few salads to start and all of our mains. Drinks came out fine, salads came out fine, but the issue came when it was time for our mains. The prime rib came out along with the other mains. We then had to wait for our sides. And by wait I mean 10 minutes before he came back to see if everything was okay. We told him we didn’t have our sides and didn’t even have steak knives for our prime rib. By the time our sides came to the table they were wrong and we still didn’t have our steak knives. It took an additional 10 minutes for our correct sides to come out and by then the prime rib was cold. Our waiter did apologize for all the mixups and comped our round of drinks and offered to buy us another round which did make it better, being that he acknowledged the terrible service. We still tipped him well but I won’t return to this supper club.

We were here last Friday 1/12/24. This was our second time here but I forgot to review it!This place was amazing and I am happy to give five stars in ALL categories. Beautiful restaurant, great atmosphere and great food! They had a live piano player that took requests. I requested “The way you look tonight” by Tony Bennett. Our server Janice was great, very attentive, went through the menu with us and gave us some great suggestions. Though the restaurant was very busy, Janice did a great job in making us feel like we were her only table. As for the food, first we had the scallops appetizer, they were cooked with such care and the sauce that they sat on was delicious, the dish also had small pieces of lobster. They also bring this bread to the table that has cheddar cheese inside that’s out of this world! But don’t get full on the bread so that you can enjoy the food! For the entrees, we had the New York medium and the 10oz Filet Mignon medium. Both were very tasty, but of course my favorite was the filet! Both were cooked to perfection. We ate it with a side of mash potatoes that were very creamy and dangerously addicting! We also had a bottle of Italian wine that went perfectly with our steaks. I wish this restaurant was open everyday!!
