A great place to dine before a Bulls game…been here a number of times, and it never disappoints. Here’s the scoop…the restaurant is OLD SCHOOL. No frills menu and no substitutions (although our server allowed us to get a side of steamed broccoli). I recommended the Queenie’s Sliced Steak and the Caesar Salad. The martini’s are of generous size and are a perfect compliment to the meal. The piano in the center of the dining area gives this place a personal touch. The service is spot on and although the seating is a little too close to the people next to you, I find myself chitchatting once I get a martini or two in the system!

Instead of waiting for your uber, just go upstairs to Queenie’s! Food and drinks here are the best way to end your game night.

Had a great dinner here before a hockey game. The staff were wonderful and super on top of everything. You can tell they prioritize getting people in and out in time to see the games.
Mg group had the complementary cheese bread (very tasty) the Caesar salad (my husband’s was underdressed and just ok, but my other friend said hers was good), lobster bisque (phenomenal), prime rib (my group said it was delicious), seared tuna salad (very good after I requested more dressing),clam bucatini (very tasty), fries (very good), and the passion colada cocktail was excellent (we even got some to go for the game!).
I would definitely recommend before a game. It is a bit pricey though, but the food is delicious.
Disorganized and unprepared. We had a reservation but there wasn't a table for us at our time. We finally sat down after they scrambled to find a place to put us. It was 615.. we decided to order everything we wanted because it seemed to be busy and a wait for food and service. I ordered hot tea with honey and cream...when it came they didnt have the black tea only sleepy time or lemon tea...at a basketball game? And no honey. Only sugar. Ok fine. We were told they were out of prime rib...ok so we ordered meatloaf. Few minutes later found out they were out of that too. Ok so chicken. Food was meh...average at best. No salt or pepper shakers on the table. Waiter did the best he could but you could tell he was making excuses. Said it's the end of the season and they are out of everything and aren't reordering. Including bags to put your to go containers in. We had to lug them around the UC and hope to not drop them. The whole thing just kinda was a big disappointment. Second time too. We definitely won't be back even tho we are season ticket holders. Gotta do better here on all aspects guys. Out of your normal menu items by 615? No bread and butter or salt and pepper on the table? 18$ for an old fashioned that didn't even fill half the glass and had the wrong type of ice and ingredients? We honestly have had better food and service at TGI fridays.
Great food, awful service both times. Atmosphere is below average on the patio area.
This place is special. The environment is awesome, the staff are always friendly and helpful. I've gone a few times this season, and will probably go a few more regardless of the one problem.
The only problem is that on many nights, the delay in getting drinks and food can be pretty over the top. Totally understandable... with everyone trying to eat at the same time before game time. However, the operation probably needs to hire more cooks/bar tenders, or reduce the quantity of tables.
Sitting at the bar and ordering simpler food (not steaks) is more consistent.
Again, this place is wonderful. And the delays don't impact my interest in going. But wanted to share this as a data point for whatever marketing team reviews the reviews, to help improve operations.

Went to a hawks game and had dinner here. Our server Stephanie was great. The food and drinks were really good and I would go back. We were seated in the Atrium section, and it can get loud with all the music and people coming in for the game.

Went there with some friends that recommended it. Had reservations to have dinner prior to the ELO concert.
We were promptly seated and the wait staff assistants did a great job.
Our server on the other hand was a little lost. Table ordered drinks. I ordered a mixed drink. Drinks showed up at the table and I was served a beer. Mistakes happen, I get it. 20 min later my drink arrives and we order dinner.
Multiple questions were asked about meals on the menu. Our server could not answer one. Almost like he never looked at the menu. Shame on the manage.ent for not having the staff trained properly.
Our dinner arrives and my wife's food was delivered to a different table and I was missing part of my side order. Again, things happen, I get it. 25 min later after asking multiple times where the food is (everyone else at table is now done with there meals) I flagged down a manager. Explain to him the situation and tell him we have to leave in 20 to get into the venue and my wife has yet to be served. He says let me check on the meal and proceeds to tell me that we can go late into the venue because there is an opening band (that is nice but I would like to hear the opening band as well)
Five minutes later he is at the table with the rest of the food. I visit a lot of restaurants and have had it where something goes wrong with one of the dishes being served. The problem is usually rectified within a few minutes. NOT. 25 minutes. Again he had more excuses. Customers do not want to hear excuses, they want to know you are going to rectify the problem in a timely matter.
Serviced sucked but the meals were all fantastic.
I thought about giving a one start review but the back of the house with excellent chefs should not be punished.
Truth be told the manager comped the two meals that were screwed up. Unfortunately the damage was already done

We've dined here twice now and it does not disappoint. We had the Sea Bass and the Filet Mignon. Both delicious. The service was exquisite and the piano player is personable and talented.

A hidden gem in the United Center! Servers are friendly and attentive. Your meal starts with a delicious complementary Merkt’s cheese garlic bread. A bit pricey and portions are smaller side. A la carte sides. Relaxing supper club atmosphere with live piano music. Leftover drinks can be placed in a “to go cup” to enjoy while at your seat. A great way to begin your event.
