Was seated at a table between the kitchen and the entrance of the restrooms and across from the bar—not ideal. I should've asked for another one! Also, all four of us ordered burgers cooked the same way, medium rare, and two looked well done and two were basically raw and had to be sent back. Sadly Grunts is not what it used to be.

We've loved this place forever! So convenient with the zoo right across the street. Food is as it's always been, traditional American. Our most special part of the day when Santa came in for dinner and sat right across from us! He even made a little video to send to our grandchildren in Hawaii. How very special and exciting!!

Busy night after LP Zoo lights. Table before us was lingering too long and the manager was professional enough to move them along. Greatly appreciated, excellent service!

I went here for lunch with my son. We both ordered burgers and fries. The people working were fairly friendly. The burgers were pretty decent.

We all enjoyed our sandwiches-- the French Dip is terrific. Our waiter was very nice and did a great job! We've loved this place for many years.
Needed more servers and waitresses. Looked shorthanded. Took almost 90 minutes and we were ready....

Nothing bad, yet nothing particularly good or memorable. Very basic fare and average service. Best thing going for it is location (by zoo) and simplicity of menu
