RAISED | An Urban Rooftop Bar

Went for my birthday in October this year and it was such a nice peaceful vibe. The rooftop was everything with the heated fire pits barely felt a breeze. The food was amazing so surprised it was some vegan options I had the fried green beans and Brussel sprouts omg so delicious and I had a sangria very good as well.

We got there at 10 and when we went to order our first drink we were told it was last call since they close at 11. We felt unwelcome. The hot drinks on the menu were served at room temp and they sent us downstairs (which we had to walk down an escalator that wasn’t working). It was December 26th and even though it’s advertised as a rooftop bar, they weren’t serving the outside rooftop and there was no music outside either. We asked what the “rotating cocktail” was and we were told that because they were about to close down for a month in January, they didn’t have one” Would never recommend.

This place is absolutely beautiful‼️ The ambience is one of a kind. I enjoyed every moment of it. Our server was attentive and very down to earth. The drinks can be a little pricey but I enjoyed expect that.

Were the vibes there? Yes but ridiculously overpriced drinks! I think it’s definitely better daytime spot than nighttime if you’re wanting to see the city and stay for a meal or such maybe it would be a a better experience

It is without question one of the best venues in Chicago for hosting a team dinner, client gathering, or simply enjoying a night out in the city. Nice vibes + good food and drinks = a great birthday celebration. When our party of 8 arrived there was a long wait for the outdoor terrace so we opted for a cozy section near the bar. We had a great time.
