Great drinks and service until the end of the night. Very annoying that you close at midnight and they started doing last call at 11:15. Two people came by in a row telling us it was last call within two minutes of each other. At 11:30 they turned the lights on and were hovering around. I can understand an 11:30 last call and lights on AT closing time, but it felt really overkill.

Loved the food. Loved the view. Loved the vibe. Friendly staff too, but the cocktails are way too strong- too much alcohol, not balanced.

I had a great experience at Raised Rooftop. The indoor area was busy, but the terrace was fantastic, especially with the heaters that kept everyone comfortable despite the chill. We just stopped for a couple of drinks, and I ordered a Prosecco for $18. I recommend this place for the beautiful view over the city—it’s truly impressive! However, there's no music, so it can feel a bit quiet and might get boring after a while.

Ive been here a several times and felt compelled to write my last experience. I've never been carded before but was this time, mind me I'm damn near 50, but okay. The staff there acted like they hate their jobs. I've had this waitress 3/4 times before. Every time she waited on my table all the other times, she appeared to have no patience. For example "may we please have more napkins" she sighs and didnt even acknowledge our question would just bring them. Okay whatever she must always be having a bad day is what i told myself. This last time I've had enough! It's not the tip because I never leave less than 20% even when the waiter/waitress is horrible. This time I asked something about the menu and didn't understand her response so I asked again, she responded with "Like I said..." and speaking to me as if I was deaf. All while watching people walk in without being carded. She was taking forever in asking if we needed more drinks and most certainly never came to ask how our food was or anything. It was just myself and 2 of my colleagues. It was barely 5pm not busy at all. We all felt as if she didn't want us there and we all felt super uncomfortable so we left. Not sure what the waitress name was but she was blond and is always there at 5pm weekdays. Needless to say I'm never going back but someone needs to know how badly this waitress service is. That's the type of attitude and service I expect at McDonald's. I do have to say that the gentleman that brought our food out was really nice and answered all of our food questions. I also asked the bartender if they carried copper mugs for the Moscow mule we ordered and she answered abruptly and rudely "No!" Didn't even look at me.

They charged me twice 126$ x2, and they don’t have any solution than wait 10 days and refund me later, could be great to say to the customers before they pay that they gonna be charged twice

One of the best views of the river from a bar that I know of, and paired with cool fire pits and a ton of great cocktails.

This is one of my favorite date night spots before dinner that I can think of in river north. Not sure how we haven't been here before but it was perfect for a fall night out with a ton of heaters and a beautiful view.

Can't miss stops for tourists or long time residents.

Without a doubt the only thing that is worth it is the view, the service is terrible, the drinks are terrible, we ordered apperol and it tasted like pure water, I told the waiter that there was little ice and he didn't pay any attention to me, the food was not so bad, we ordered a shrimp lobster roll was delicious, but honestly I wouldn't go back because of such bad service. The only thing worth it is the view.

The outdoor patio was full but I side was fantastic too. The atmosphere is great and the wait staff all work together to make sure everyone is taken care of. They know the drinks and the small bites were delicious too!
