The food and service were very good. However, it doesn't seem that making a reservation is effective there. No table was reserved for us, but we were able to get one in 10 minutes.
We visited the Ramen San restaurant at 165 E Huron Chicago. The food was delicious! And the best, authentic green tea I’ve ever had. Try any of the ramen bowls, superb . Just one thing that needs improvement, the service is slow, we waited long for someone to come to our table and welcome us and take our drink order.
Great food and drinks! Staff was very friendly! Only complaint is that it did take 20-30 minutes for our appetizer to arrive, and then another 20-30 minutes for our dinner. Others were getting their food quicker so it could have just been our table and a 1 off! Dumplings were great and I was able to get the sesame chili oil on the side to add as much heat as wanted to my Ramen!
