The ramen here was disappointing. The noodles weren’t cooked properly. Some were still stuck together (in photo) and it was hard on those bits. The noodle quality isn’t good at all. The soup is salty. The chicken has quite alot of skin. They also charged a small amount of fees that you need to request to be taken off the bill. Niu Japanese fusion lounge has way better ramen and soup.
The vibe of Ramen-San is so fun. 10 Hour Tonkotsu was lovely after a cold spring day. Tried the alcohol-free Rose Mallow, which was tasty. Maggie at the bar was attentive and service was quick. Will definitely return to try the specials.
