I came for a solo dinner and got the original tonkotsu. The portion size was generous and the broth was slightly too rich but still tasty with thick cut pork belly rather than thin slices. The restaurant was understandably busy with deliveries and the service was slow albeit friendly.

We stopped here for a quick lunch on our way through Chicago and could not be more pleased. A really tasty bowl of ramen and delicious pork belly bun. Would highly recommend!

Cute place with few tables. Good for small groups. Staff were extremely polite and the Ramen was amazing! Wish I’d remembered to take a picture

Probably my favorite ramen that I’ve had to date in Chicago! I ordered the spicy miso ramen, which had super tender meat and a broth that was just the right level of spice. Seating is pretty limited, but the wait wasn’t too bad at all. It has an intimate feel to the restaurant, and I feel like the servers were quite attentive, which was appreciated. Definitely worth checking out for a solid ramen joint in west loop!

I really love ramen wasabi and have raved about this place so much. Therefore, this review has nothing to do with the taste nor quality of the food but everything to do with their uber eats delivery service and how they constantly forget things or fail to pay attention to the orders placed for delivery. I never have an issue with the location in Logan square but I have struggled with this particular location through delivery. Either my order is wrong or they forget to add the extras that I paid for on the app. It would be really helpful if the workers could read the entire order and double check for consistency and correctness before packing an entire order to be delivered. As this is my forth time placing a delivery order and my forth time with the incorrect item(s), I felt the need to make this review and I hope the employees read and really make the changes needed for their delivery services. I love this place so much and I just want to be sure my orders along with others, are correct.

Thank you.

Wasabi Ramen totally won me over. The gyozas were insanely good, super crispy on the outside and packed with flavor. Easily some of the best I’ve had. I also tried their margarita, and it was surprisingly delicious, with the perfect citrusy twist.

I ordered the Spicy Roasted Garlic Miso and loved every bite. The broth was rich, the pork was tender and full of flavor, and the noodles were exactly how I like them. I added corn and butter, which made it even better for my taste. I also sampled the Original Tonkotsu, and it was just as amazing.

One of the best parts? Their happy hour runs until 6:30, which is super convenient. We got to enjoy cocktails and appetizers at a great price, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

I’ll definitely be coming back, it’s the kind of spot that stays on your favorites list.

The ramen here was so good! I got the vegan ramen (there was only one option for non meat eaters). I was a bit wary of the broth having seaweed because I don't usually like that taste, but it was delicious! The noodles that come with the vegan ramen are different than the regular ramen noodles (presumably no egg, but I didn't ask,) so if you want the regular noodles you can probably swap out. The vegan ones were great though.

They randomly have happy hour on Sundays which we caught the tail end of and got to have a nice edamame before our dinner

This place was recommended to me by a friend/coworker. Really good ramen and the happy hour appetizers and beer was a really good deal. Will definitely go back.

Ramen Wasabi’s West Loop location is sleek and polished, though it misses some of the cozy charm of the original in Logan Square. The chicken paitan leaned a bit too salty with slightly overcooked noodles, while the tonkotsu had more balanced flavors and a rich and satisfying pork belly. A solid ramen option in West Loop overall.

I am so glad they opened another location!!! I haven’t been to this location physically so I can only speak for my delivery experience.

They are always very quick and my food is nicely packed. It tastes just as good as the food from the original location.

I love that they have gyoza on the menu because you obviously need that when you eat ramen ✅

Tokyo classic shoyu was so good! I loved the broth clean texture with a subtle, well balanced flavor. The cocktails were great too. Highly recommend!

SO SO GOOD! I’ve always heard this place has really good ramen and I’m so glad it’s true. I normally go to Ramen San but this is even better. 100% recommend this place and will be coming back.
