Best extra thin crust cheese pizza in Andersonville!

$30+ for a 14-inch veggie pizza is insane. Especially when the quality of food is so low, this is the equivalent of gas station pizza! Do not recommend.

Seemed extremely mediocre for the price- I really loved the pizza I had at the Lincoln Park location, this one was thicker crust and not flavorful- the spinach dip with chips was ok but the chips were burnt. We sat on the street which was nice, but it was not busy for a Saturday in a hopping area, so maybe they should work on their food- $30/person for 2 glasses of mediocre wine and 2 pieces of pizza seems too high! (Before tip) given a choice- I’d skip this one and go to LP.

The food was fresh and tasty. Made with quality ingredients. Excellent service in a quaint, colorful setting. There are great drink specials and decent pricing all around. I do not recommend the spinach artichoke dip!! For some reason, it was soupy, and it lacked flavor. The pizza and salads were perfect! Chef approved!👩🏽‍🍳💋

my coke was the best part of the meal

the caprese was half a whole (underripe) tomato with a paper thin slice of mozzarella on top
the diavolo tasted like jarred marinara with jarred giadiniera mixed in, but somehow blander than that
the alfredo tasted like they mixed water with milk and called it a day

outdoor seating was cute

total bill for two people: $65

I have eaten at Ranalli’s multiple times and have never had an issue until tonight. I ordered multiple items including a hamburger and when it was delivered, it looked like a bite was taken out of the patty. The bag was sealed when it was delivered, so that ruled out the delivery person. I called and spoke to a manager and told her what happened and she said it was probably just a little bit that fell off on the grill. If that is true, they should have just cooked another patty because that is a large part to just fall off, and also in the shape of a bite. I already initiated a refund through the delivery service so I’m not looking for money or anything, just disappointed in the food and service.

TL;DR: check your hamburger before eating it I guess?

We just didn’t have good service (3:30pm on a Sunday) and the food wasn’t great. Spinach dip was runny, mozzarella sticks were not cooked long enough. I had to bring our dip in from not seeing our waitress to see if we could get something else. The one in the west loop is better.

Avoid this Ranalli's location, poor service and food. The other 2 locations are good but this one is quite the opposite.

They have gluten free and vegan options and if you ask for something with out cheese they still put it in there and I didn't trust that the croutons were vegan and gluten free since they can't read. If you have allergies please do not eat here they don't take it seriously!!!

Food is pretty solid, however, on several occasions I've found the service (specifically the friendliness of staff) to be some of the worst in the area. When I go in, the middle aged female servers are often aloof, offering no pleasantries (e.g. when my takeout order is ready, it gets sat in front of me and they walk away without saying a word - similar to when I enter the restaurant). I often go in alone and get takeout, so perhaps they do not see me as the right demographic to extend niceties to? In addition, I paid $10 ($7.90 plus $2 tip) for a 10oz portion of soup that came with two packets of oyster crackers - terrible value for an establishment that offers poor customer service and 7/10 food.

Ranalli's is tucked on a side street in the heart of Andersonville. It's a great location with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is full of options for all ages and all dietary needs. They have a special gluten-free menu. This is a great space to use for a gathering or small group. The manager is super nice!
