Avoid this Ranalli's location, poor service and food. The other 2 locations are good but this one is quite the opposite.

They have gluten free and vegan options and if you ask for something with out cheese they still put it in there and I didn't trust that the croutons were vegan and gluten free since they can't read. If you have allergies please do not eat here they don't take it seriously!!!

Food is pretty solid, however, on several occasions I've found the service (specifically the friendliness of staff) to be some of the worst in the area. When I go in, the middle aged female servers are often aloof, offering no pleasantries (e.g. when my takeout order is ready, it gets sat in front of me and they walk away without saying a word - similar to when I enter the restaurant). I often go in alone and get takeout, so perhaps they do not see me as the right demographic to extend niceties to? In addition, I paid $10 ($7.90 plus $2 tip) for a 10oz portion of soup that came with two packets of oyster crackers - terrible value for an establishment that offers poor customer service and 7/10 food.

Great spot with a variety of great pizza and Italian fair.! Service was excellent with good prices. Our server Robin was attentive and told us some history about the restaurant. Great atmosphere....I definitely recommend it!

Ranalli's is tucked on a side street in the heart of Andersonville. It's a great location with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. The menu is full of options for all ages and all dietary needs. They have a special gluten-free menu. This is a great space to use for a gathering or small group. The manager is super nice!

RIP to the Bianco pie. This used to be my favorite pizza place, but my last two orders arrived messed up. The driver on my last delivery also made off with a double tip claiming I hadn’t tipped online (when I had) but frazzled, I doubled down. Oh well. You hate to get cranky over pizza, but when toppings are $3.50 each and missing from your order (without a partial refund, or a quick call to substitute) it’s time to move on to bigger and better pies.

Have eaten there numerous times. Love the staff. Love the pizza but my favorite is fettuccine with shrimp and broccoli. My wife loves the Greek pizza. The summer salad is exceptional.

This place is amazing!! We sat on the outdoor patio and got a mushroom and pepperoni pizza, broccoli salad with garlic dressing, and fried shrimp along with a dirty martini, old fashioned, margarita, and strawberry daiquiri. Magnificent! The best part was our super awesome waiter, Robin, who expertly discussed the menu, the broad premium alcohol selection, and gave us great food recommendations. We didn’t have our doggo this time but we did find out they are super dog friendly!! Thanks, Robin, for the amazing service and thank you to the kitchen staff for the amazing food. That was the best thin crust pizza I’ve had in a while ***chef’s kiss*** we’ll be back soon!!

Vegetarian options: Many many salad options and so many other things to choose from!

Parking: Parking is free after a certain time. We found a free spot right out front in a Saturday night!

Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly! Especially the patio

Always love coming here when I visit, used to come pretty regularly. Excellent Gluten and other food allergy awareness, never had a problem. The pizza is so good, and so are the grilled wings!

Dietary restrictions: Excellent awareness for food allergies, especially gluten and dairy.

Soooooooooo many gluten free options, even gluten free cookies!

The pizza was good, gluten free crust is always a bit of a let down no matter where you get it, but sauce and toppings were top notch!

GF bruschetta was great, fresh mozzarella and tomato with fresh basil...so yum!

The best thing was the GF chicken tenders, I had the garlic and parmesan or garlic sauce and it was the BEST I ever had!

Dietary restrictions: Tons for GF choices ???? YAY!

DESPITE BEING ADVERTISED AS SUCH, THIS RESTAURANT IS NOT SAFE FOR THOSE WITH DIETARY RESTRICTIONS. I ordered takeout/delivery from this restaurant and specifically ordered from the gluten-free menu because I have a severe gluten allergy. Not even five minutes after I begin eating at home, I became violently ill from being glutened. I checked the receipt and I was charged the higher fees for the gluten-free items.

However, when I called the restaurant to complain, They confirmed that even though they had INDEED charged me the HIGHWR price for the gluten-free items - when they looked in their system it was marked regular not gluten free so they had CHARGED me for gluten free but sent me regular food NOT gluten free. They also refused to take responsibility for the error.

I will not be ordering here again and I do not recommend ordering here if you have any severe food allergies. As precautions clearly are not taken and DESPITE PAYING MORE for allergen safe food, they cannot promise that you will receive what you ordered.

This is an EXTREMELY dangerous error to make and to then refuse to take responsibility is reprehensible.
