Look I’m mad & sad I never know about this restaurant until facebook post Saturday. Today I went up there to find there closing December 19,2025.
I do not know why because the food is excellent no jokes. I ordered the salmon croquettes, grits, eggs, and toast with a waffle on the side. Foods on point fresh and served to order. Go experience the last taste and support a black owned restaurant since 1965 make it the best Christmas gift ever.

I really liked the down-home closeness of this place. This small, intimate restaurant provided warmth with the service. I'm going back for those pancakes. They are as good as they look!

First, I am amazed at how the owner, one waitress, and two cooks were able to hold it down without skipping a beat! I was greeted warmly, the food was great, and everyone seemed to enjoy the atmosphere. I needed a good, hearty steak and egg breakfast and Ware's definitely delivered!

Coffee was cold, the chopped steak I ordered was not steak it was a rubbery hamburger, ordered scrambled eggs got a flat mini omelet and the hashbowns where partially cooked. Horrible just Horrible.

I personally love it here! Food is always fresh , hot , and delicious! The pancakes and wheat grilled toast is my favorite! They have great turkey products and some pretty good salmon croquettes. The price is unbeatable!
