Rare Tea Cellar has some of the best teas — the crema earl grey is my favorite! After having this tea in some of the local restaurants in Chicago I had to get my own stock. I always pick up my online orders here. You have to buzz to get in, but they have always had my order ready fast, usually the same day I order online, and they refund the shipping cost.

If any issues due arise (which rarely ever happens) they are right on top of it to fix it and make sure that you are 100% satisfied. Could not recommend them more!

Ordered their Lemon Berry Meritage tea over Black Friday weekend. They sold out of 1/4 lb bags but we’re incredibly accommodating through customer service to repackage the 1lb I bought into four separate bags. Plus they threw in a bunch of free sample bags. I don’t understand past reviews for negative customer service when it’s this solid. They also allowed to pick up via socially distanced manner during covid. I’ll buy again.
