Two things to say:
1. Great unique beers (porter was 10/10) and fun atmosphere.
2. Zach, thank you x1000000 for cleaning up my broken glass and beer. I sincerely apologize.

My boyfriend and I went in and waited for 15 minutes with no service. Multiple servers walked right past us and completely ignored the fact that we were clearly seated and waiting. No one acknowledged us, took our order, or even asked if we had been helped. It was honestly disappointing. This place is not what it used to be the service used to be so attentive and welcoming. Sadly, that’s no longer the case.

Server also served the drinks. Was new and didn’t know how to make it. Not great
Very slow service which I do not blame our server for at all. Unfortunately it was just one person to service the entire bar while she was obviously new. Way too much for just about anyone and she definitely did the best she could. The food was good, but the bar was out of about half their listed beers which is extremely odd for the time we were there. I would understand at a high volume time or very late in the night running out but not on a random afternoon before even a dinner rush. I didnt mind the choice in music, but when it is so loud you have to shout to be heard to your server and even then barely be heard, it is simply too loud. The food items themselves were shockingly good though the burgers were small. This was somewhat offset by the fries.
All in all not a great experience and I will not be going back. Disappointing

Poorly run. Our server was extremely attentive at first and then suddenly decided to completely ignore us. Beer was fine at best. Won't be back.
Alright ima start this off by saying that every staff member we encountered was very polite but seemingly a little lost when it came to providing decent service. The food was definitely solid and the beer was pretty good, however, multiple items were completely messed up at our table. We were a larger party but not crazy big, so mistakes happen, however a chicken sandwich we ordered was forgotten, then last minute made and stayed on the bill. A beet salad with salmon was mistakenly made as a salmon entree, then brought back as a beet salad, but without salmon. This is all after around an hour and a half of waiting for extremely slow service. I also had to teach our server how to use the toast tab apple pay mechanic. Like I said everyone was nice, but every-time I come here (so 2 times I guess) I have been met with a staff that seemed like they all just started working here that day. I truly hate writing this but I was actually like flabbergasted at how bad our service was. And after multiple mistakes, and a 20 minute wait on a box to wrap my food up to top it all off, they did nothing to try and rectify the situation. Nice staff, just maybe need a more structured system when it comes to everything that has to do with service.
I don't understand how the restaurant has an open kitchen concept and I watched only one out of the four chefs handling food use proper sanitation procedures. One guy literally wiped his nose and face while handling food. Another guy was using his bare hands to grab and plate fries. The waiter would check-in 40 minutes after his last check-in. It said it was because they were short staffed. The restaurant itself is small. The food wasn't bad after I asked the chef to wear gloves to plate my fires.
Unbelievable delicious food. Staff was attentive and efficient. Atmosphere was excellent as a sports hangout.
We wanted to love this place is the worst service I've had in a really long time. Our initial drink order wasn't taken for over 40 minutes. It would take 30 minutes to get a drink. Manager was nice and offered us free drinks and apologize due to short staffing, a fried chicken sandwich was very good. Not sure that's enough to bring me back.

Cool atmosphere to watch games. Beers were good but service was very slow despite there being a bunch of staff. Not sure why so slow. Food was good, not great
The food was delicious, and the server was very personable and attentive. My friend and I had a great time!
Worst experience ever. We used to come here when it was Ravinia Brewing and loved it so when we saw the reopening as Diversey House I persuaded my husband to try it for my birthday. Other than the fact server directed us to a QR code for the beer menu (didn't work and only repeated food and Bev options on paper menu), it started out ok. We asked if they had Diversey Station, was told they did so ordered small for me and large for him and at same time ordered food, fish and chips for me and steak frittes for him. Server asked how he wanted steak and he chose medium. Beer was in two different glasses and we laughed that mine looked bigger or perhaps they were same size. We finished our beer and tried to get server's attention to reorder without any success. She was quite close still ignoring us waving our arms so I went to bar to order. We watched the other few patrons most arriving after us served their food. Finally the server arrived with my fish and chips ( truly generous portion, tasty fried and ok fish - the piece of battered fish did leave an oily aftertaste on my walk home) explaining that because my husband wanted the steak medium it takes longer but she didn't want mine to get cold. We continued to wait until my husband decided enough was enough. He left and I went to pay for the entire order along with my complaint. The woman who had been sitting quite close to us at the end of the bar with a tablet engaging in conversation with two other employees was I discovered the manager. ( lacking peripheral vision because she should have seen us waving frantically). She didn't allow me to pay but sadly that's one local place we will never go back again.
I saw this pop on NBC5 Today and was drawn into all the flavors and just had to get in here. I'm so glad we did. We live in the neighborhood and frequented this spit when it was Ravinia Brewing. The food and staff were amazing. We were sad when it shut down for a while. We returned to try it out this weekend, and we're so impressed. The food was so good. I had the chicken sandwich and will honestly NEVER get a chicken sandwich anywhere else. The watermelon slice was a total gamechanger, imo. The Brussel Sprouts were airy and light, just the right amount of bite, and the chicken wings are FIRE!!! We will definitely be returning! Oh yea, I almost forgot... the service was outstanding, and they kept the old staff, which really made us feel right at home. Welcome to the neighborhood!
Open table asked for a review so here it is. Probably won't be back. We went at 5pm, had reservations, place was SLAMMED and had a party. Not a big deal. BUT when that affects the service and the food then it becomes a problem It took quite a while just to have a server come to the table for drinks. Having a toddler with us we placed our entire order right away (also because we already had a feeling of “who knows when they'll be back”) It took over 45 minutes just to get ONE appetizer. We ordered 2 appetizers and 3 meals. It all came randomly too. My daughter was done eating her meal before we even came CLOSE to getting ours. When ours came my burger was missing onions (which I had to pay $1.50 for!!! Oh and another $1.50 for lettuce, like what?!) My husband got the chicken sandwich which was supposed to have a whipped feta with a truffle honey vinaigrette. It was missing from the sandwich, we told our server, she came out with a slimy slab of feta on a plate. Literally from the bin it comes in and just plopped on a plate. NO vinaigrette . So yeah, we ended up just leaving and sent back the chicken sandwich. We were also never checked in on outside of food being brought to our table. Probably won't be back here, which is sad bc we came to the previous restaurant frequently.
