Service and understanding of the menu could have been better. Server served us the wrong order.

Excellent place for lunch and shopping. Good is fresh, authentic and well prepared. Shopping selection of Italian cheeses and meats and pastas and sauce and wine is fantastic. Plan to spend a couple hours, just wandering and shopping.

The staff at Eataly were excellent! We had to add a few extra people to our table, and they adapted with ease. Service was excellent!

If you've been to Italy, this is totally overrated and totally overpriced. If you've never been to Italy, welcome to an upscale Olive Garden in a grocery store. Regardless, the store is amazing and the service is incredible.

Of course everything is delicious, being from Italy, you can really taste the difference in the quality of ingredients and technique that feels so nostalgic. However, the portion sizes are truly laughable. Paying $7-$9 for a suppli the size of my thumb was just ridiculous. We left still hungry and unfulfilled, which is truly a shame.

My server Ashley was fantastic and made me feel special. Excellent menu choices - was difficult to choose!

I ordered the butternut squash ravioli and was served regular ravioli. When I showed the server the cheese filling, he took it back but returned to tell me that I was wrong. The squash was in the dough. Instead of acknowledging their mistake they argued that I was served the correct dish, I just didn't know what I was eating. The Eataly website has a recipe for butternut squash ravioli. As expected the squash was in the filling not the pasta. Terrible service for overpriced food.

It's hard to find somewhere in this neighborhood to have a relatively light dinner and we found it at La Pizza & La Pasta. We have a fantastic pizza right out of the pizza oven, with great ingredients, and a super delicious salad and nice glasses of wine. At a very reasonable price! Lots of families were around us, along with couples, and a few groups. This seems to be a restaurant for everyone.

Napoli pizza needs some work. Dough was somewhat flimsy and soft in the middle. Edges were not puffed enough. Sauce was outstanding. Roast potatoes mediocre. But the spaghetti aglio e olio and the cacio e pepe suppli were both outstanding

Wait staff was very good. I find it hard to justify spending $20+ dollars on buttered noodles.

We went to the $26 special menu night. Half the things on the special menu were up charged and the charge was in teeny tiny print so it was not obvious. Service was slow and the waiters did not seem to care to help us with any questions or concerns we had. Really disappointing experience over. Not the pasta was overcooked and soggy.

Our waiter, Chris, provided an exceptional experience for our family of 6! The food was flavorful, fresh, and authentic! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience at La Pizza Eataly and will certainly return!

Wonderful dinning experience. Our waiter was Carlo and he attended to us with great care. Thanks for our superb dinner.

The hosts up at the front were super rude, however our server was fantastic. Focaccia was delicious, pasta cooked to perfection, most of the sauces were brilliant.
