Made a reservation as a birthday surprise for my husband. When we got there, no one was at the door to greet, seat us or check us in for the reservation. We had to walk over the bar and the kind man working behind the bar promised to find a seat for us as soon as he could (was there alone and the only one who could take food and drink orders). There were already about 10 tables with guests and some sitting at the bar that this one bartender was trying to serve. The establishment was supposed to be having a happy hour from 5-7. We arrived at 615. No mention of the happy hour drinks were made at all, and it was no where on the drinks menu. Service was understandably a little slow and inattentive, but the bartender was doing his best, being the only one who could take orders. Drinks were good, food was average, we won't be back.

It was no people today, I like this place just to chill and have some talk.It just a bit expensive, my hub took 2 drinks, I took cranberry juice, and we got spicy tuna rolls and nigiri 2 pieces with edamame and we paid with tips $127.So just heads up , but overall is nice view, calm , clean and good vibe.

Told our party of 8 tables are first come first serve. We arrive all of the tables are reserved and they refused to refund us. I would not belive a single word the staff says. Edit: if the apology was in anyway, shape, or form sincere it would have come with a refund.

Stopped in at Rebar for happy hour and loved it. The atmosphere was sophisticated and relaxed. Absolutely loved the bartender and cocktails. There was a sufficient spirits assortment for tequila and whiskey for enthusiasts. I would definitely go back!

This is not a sushi restaurant as it was advertised on Open Table. It's a bar with high end bar food. We had to find dinner reservations elsewhere at the last minute. Not sure why it's categorized incorrectly.

Another evening of good music with live instrument, this time is was a trumpet. The old fashioned is still the best in the city. Sasha and Maurice are the best! Can't wait to return!

Went there for sushi but there was no sushi. So I ordered the chicken quesadilla but it was filled with mushrooms and some kind of crunchy green vegetable and it wasn't that great overall. The drinks were all too sweet as well

OpenTable website showed they had sushi that's the only reason I went there with my wife on our weekly date. Well, when we arrive, they did not have sushi. Then I asked him for coffee and they said they do not have any coffee. Now I know it's a bar, but my wife and I are big coffee drinkers nevertheless, to my surprise, they found coffee, but it had to be the worst coffee I've ever tasted in my life, he poured me a half a cup and it was cold. I felt like it was somebody else's leftover coffee so I gave him the benefit of doubt I asked for more and he brought me more but it was cold and it was gross. All say it's not a good place for coffee or a meal I was shocked for being in the Trump tower I would not have expected anything else, but first class. but understand on a sidenote, the braised beef with pasta was OK not enough beef, but it was OK. And my wife loved their organic chicken, a bit pricey, but again for being in the Trump tower that would be expected and we were fine with it.

We arrived at Rebar and was informed that they don't serve food (kitchen closed) due to low season. It was our his information should have been shared when booking. It was our anniversary and was supposed to be special night- terrible experience

A friend and I stopped at trump tower in Chicago for a drink with a view. Make sure your bartender is Israel Mata - he will treat you not like a customer, but like a guest! And yes he makes great drinks too.

One of my all-time favorite spots in Chicago, Rebar never disappoints! Always an outstanding cocktail experience, paired with a delectable sushi spread, and a view of Chicago that simply compares to none. Highly recommend!

The service was outstanding. However, it's extremely expensive. We had two drinks each, and two sushi rolls, edamame, and a diet coke. The bill was almost $200. Be aware that they automatically charge 20% service charge to your bill. It's one of those places for the cool rich locals and tourists to burn money. The views are spectacular.

Beautiful lounge with spectacular views and specialty cocktails. We were staying at the hotel and decided to start our evening here on property with drinks before going out to dinner. Great choice!
