They closed 30 minutes early because the workers wanted to clean all the machines early so they could leave. We planned this for my daughter’s birthday and got there with plenty of time before they were scheduled to close. The workers blamed their manager not being there and said it wasn’t their problem that they were closed early. Didn’t apologize…just made excuses.
I like coming here. It's not bad when I usually come around. The staff runs both red mango and auntie ann's so they get busy sometimes. Other than that, it's usually clean enough in there and the frozen yogurt options are solid ??.

Great flavors and toppings. Would’ve loved if there were sample cups
Not sure why this location stays open. Consistantly low on toppings and flavors.. If you're going to be open then really be open.. An efficient truck order is not difficult?
Half of the toppings was empty but it was still good af
Definitely recommend the smoothies and frozen yogurt so yummy. They don't have too many options to choose from but still good. A plus was when I was in there they weren't playing music or anything, such a nice break from all the noise everywhere else. I've been to other locations too but only downside at this place was one of the workers, a black female had an attitude, the other staff was okay.
Red Mango is a very nice chain restaurant, located on Level 7 in Water Tower Place. This cheerfully decorated restaurant serves natural yogurt, fresh fruit smoothies, yogurt parfaits and fresh juices. Red Mango shares the seating area with Auntie Anne's restaurant, and the staff at the counter does the service for both places, as well. And they do the service very well! It was a warm day -- and having a smoothie seemed like a good idea: I ordered Red Mango Tropical Smoothie (Mango, Pineapple, Yogurt -- 16 Oz, 220 Cal), that didn't take long to make, and it was so tasty and truly refreshing! The price of $6.49 (plus tax) looked just fine and proper for a good amount of a high quality product. The restaurant is not large, but nicely appointed, everything looks bright, fresh, clean and customer-friendly. In the menu, on the wall decorations, and at the self-service station there's a lot of health and nutrition info on all the products, which is very useful, indeed. Red Mango has been doing business since 2007, and it is now located in many US states and in some countries abroad. I enjoyed my stop at Red Mango, the smoothie was delicious, the staff couldn't be friendlier, and the casual-colorful ambiance of the place was quite uplifting. Thank you very much!
Limited toppings, but otherwise a standard self-serve by-the-weight frozen yogurt shop.
Showed up 30 minutes before close and all they had was soft drinks. Closing way too early
Doesn't get any better. From the service, to the quality of their product, they are the best in Chicago, IL.

WATER BASED YOGHURT! This is a joke giving the price... first and last time!
I live their fro-yo.
It's too bad this place shut down. Was the only decent ice cream in IL.
