My son and his family went to the store, over the weekend. and bought packs of their mamon , with their famous ube and butter flavor plus their cheesy ensaymada .
I gave my son hundred dollars . But to my surprise and dismay, I received a pack of the mamon dated 07/27 , but spots of tiny round molds are started showing. It's so frustrating to get an item , paid for a higher price , but you can't eat them. One unhappy upset customer here

Bought 40 pcs mamon- asked if the food could be placed in boxes instead of plastic bags alto make it more organized and easier for transport. The cashier had to ask their manager if it’s okay to provide boxes for our mamon. What?? Why?? Do you have a strict policy that boxes are for cakes only? Are you going to run out if you had to use it for our orders? What a joke. Our mamon cakes were packed in 3 boxes in the end after getting the votes from the Congress lol.Love their butter mamon. Classic. And they have better palabok compared to Jollibee’s.

Traveling from TN. I decided to buy pastries to hand carry on the plane. First I was told they can’t take my $100 bill. So I was able to have my bill broken down. Then I was told they’re out of boxes when I asked for one. They offerd me a bag and charged me for it. ?‍♀️Really Red Ribbon?

Craving for that Filipino taste… yeah, its here… bought in multiple occasions especially for birthdays, ube, mango cake… more expensive compared to Jewel and the cake isn’t as dense ( unless it’s your preference) I like cakes with a bit more weight to them, good quality and taste but pricey compared to other options.
