Never again will I order from this place. Who does not put napkins in an order. I did the Uber Eats. My deliverer was on point. I called back to ask why I didn't get sea food sauce or napkins. The person who answered said you have to request it. I ordered Shrimp. But yet it was hotsauce in the bag. Make that make sense. I and my family have spent a lot of money with them . But this is a Wrap from now on.

Ordered a Philly chicken with no lettuce and tomato I have to say it was the best one I ever had better than Thanksgiving dinner haha they're always on point calling to order it's always ready when you go there good service and kind staff thank you

Ashley my cashier/server she ALWAYS has had a beautiful spirit even when answering the phone taking orders. I knew immediately it was her that took my order on tonight, especially the way she addressed me; she addresses me by Queen, the name I give restaurant when I order food. Ashley addressed me with grace. I’m almost certain that it isn’t just me she addresses like that; and I pop love that for her! She should get some form of recognition if she doesn’t already and or become a manager if she solely wants that position; BIG BLESSINGS to Ashley 🙏🏽❤️
As for I have not been disappointed with the service nor the food ESPECIALLY the fresh ready to order chicken 🫶🏽😋🙌🏽😋 I’m from the west side of Chicago and I come all the way over east to Red Roosters to get my chicken!!! I haven’t found a place on the Westside with well seasoned and fresh chicken yet! I been so eager to get to Red Roosters for the past 2 weeks to where as when I made it out there I sat in my car and ate some of my food right then and there; I couldn’t wait till I made it home. I ordered the steak taco as i often do. This time there is so much gristle I wonder if the meat is really beef..I called to complain to no avail.

We ordered the two for 12.99 with five piece chicken and 12 pieces of fish nuggets. The nuggets were nothing but breading. Very little fish. We called and they asked us to return the fish nuggets violating health code.
Please check the “breading so called nuggets.” Order from Sharks instead.
