I ordered a red snapper dinner for delivery. I received 2 filets nice portions. Bit into it and it was dry, flavorless and not fresh. This is my 2nd time ordering from this restaurant. The first time which was ßome years ago was not a good experience either and I vowed to not patronize again. Well, I decided to try again. Well, they have been consistently bad! First time ordering from this location through Uber Eats and I will NEVER order from here again. I ordered the BOGO gyro and all I received was meat and sauce. There is no option to add or delete toppings through the app. This sandwich is sad. Where are the onions? The tomatoes? The GOODNESS? This sandwich looks depressed and I don't even want it anymore. NEVER ordering from this location again. Now the Hyde Park location on 53rd--THEY'RE THE BOMB!! Their sandwich looks like the picture Lol. I like a lil extra sauce and well done meat on the grill, other than that, the sandwich looked like it was waiting for me to dig in and enjoy it. And their customer service is *chef's kiss* I will make sure I choose the RIGHT location next time. 83rd Street--get it together!

I ordered 2 polish the buns were very very hard not fresh at all,and the polish had no flavor at all they tasted like they had sat n water that took away all the flavor ....I would not feed them to my dog....I got mad because it was dark outside and I couldn't take them back I walked there and back...and I can't take them back 2 moro it's my B-Day got things to do....

Food was unseasoned, my bread was hard, meat was uncooked worst cheeseburger!! I ever had
horrible service white women the front told me “Our Food Doesn’t Come with Seasoning” Which in that case who doesn’t season their meat? When I ask kindly for my money back she said she couldn’t give me my money back in I ask can you remake it… I had to force her 2 give me my money back repeatedly so please don’t eat from here they DO NOT MAKE YOUR ORDER RIGHT!!!
