This time I was disappointed with my food order. I ordered Catfish Nuggets and I don't know ow when they started chopping them up into almost less than bite size pieces. They were still good however.

It's hit and miss with Red Snapper. I won't be returning, Now Red Snapper has added a surcharge if you use your debit card. If you want to be just cash Red Snapper then let customers know if you use cash it's cheaper whenever someone calls in for pickup. This sounds like price gouging you charge more if you use your debit card.

I am Latino and as such, I like good food. I just ordered some wings and they are spectacular, even my girl loved it 💯💥 the cashier, although she doesn't understand Spanish, was very friendly ❤️

I can’t rate the food because I ordered at 11:45 and it came at 1:30 and the problem wasn’t the delivery driver it was the horrible communication from the person answering the phone , living in the hood had nothing to do with phone courtesy if you can’t do it bookie work at a temp

The service was horrible. They young people in there that should not have been. The one one who took my order act like he couldn't hear or understand, he was rude. The food wasn't good. He didn't put my extra large order of mild sauce in the bag. I told him about it and he went to the side and fixed a special sloppy cup of sauce with running down the sides. I looked at it didn't want. I had to throw in there garbage. They were issues with the card machine. He didn't say anything, he just threw my debit card in the window and left. So, I saw my card and got it. He was courtesy, he was mean. He shouldn't be in customer service. They didn't put the lemon pepper on my food like I asked. Horrible experience that time. It was enough for me not to return again.
I have been ordering food from here for a month now this place is awesome the food tastes great the staff go out of there way to make sure every thing was correct the six piece legs and thighs are out of this world thank you for the great food
