So I got the small gizzard special, I ordered 2. Look at the picture ! I hadn’t even eaten out of it yet! They cheated the the hell out of me! How is that the special use to be $5.99 and they gave you SO Much more and now it’s $6.99 and they literally give you nothing!! I swear this looks like it someone else’s food that was ate out of !! Guess imma have to find a new spot unfortunately!! This was a damn snack !! Also those fries weren’t even cooked all the way!!

Ordered a chicken burrito and an order of fries crispy with salt, pepper, and mild sauce. Got home my burrito was not cut and my fries were soft with no salt or pepper and mild sauce on Les than half. Damn which I could send a pic.

I visited Red Snapper on July 16, 2025 at 5:00 PM. I paid for a 10 pcs chicken with fries combo, but only received a box with just the chicken — no fries at all. After waiting 30 minutes, I approached the counter politely, only to be yelled at and disrespected by the cashier (a woman with glasses).
Even if the food is decent, there's no excuse for mistreating customers due to staff mistakes. I left with only the chicken and a terrible experience. I hope the owner sees this and decides to take action.
Definitely not planning to visit again that place.

It's hit and miss with Red Snapper. I won't be returning, Now Red Snapper has added a surcharge if you use your debit card. If you want to be just cash Red Snapper then let customers know if you use cash it's cheaper whenever someone calls in for pickup. This sounds like price gouging you charge more if you use your debit card.
I am Latino and as such, I like good food. I just ordered some wings and they are spectacular, even my girl loved it 💯💥 the cashier, although she doesn't understand Spanish, was very friendly ❤️

I can’t rate the food because I ordered at 11:45 and it came at 1:30 and the problem wasn’t the delivery driver it was the horrible communication from the person answering the phone , living in the hood had nothing to do with phone courtesy if you can’t do it bookie work at a temp
