Review for Red Snapper
I had a terrible experience at Red Snapper today. I ordered nachos with no meat and somehow received nachos with no cheese at all — just a few Doritos crumbs from the bottom of a bag. When I pointed this out, they offered to “fix me another one,” but I was already out of time since my lunch break was over and I work too far away to come back.
I asked for a refund, but they refused, telling me they could just make another order tomorrow. That makes no sense, since I won’t be working in this area again for a while — and honestly, after this experience, I wouldn’t want to eat their food again anyway.
So now I’m out $7.99 the cost for the nachos I spent $23.96 and left completely dissatisfied. Poor food quality, poor service, and zero accountability. Definitely not worth it.

The food is decent. A lil soggy but decent. But I got rung up wrong and overcharged. N by the looks of these other reviews, I ain’t the only one. I work in food service too so I ain’t finna complain at that register but I do feel sum typa way that I work hard for my money n im over here getting overcharged.

This location is by far the most outrageous. Not only so they false advertise prices but they also find ways to over charge your debit/atm card extra on a meal that is listed on CURRENT PAMPHLETS WITHIN THE STORE as $12.99 but rings up as $13.99 plus tax so you end up paying out almost $15.45 on a meal listed as a deal price and the food is burned or too hard as if its not fresh and the customer service or cashier person is seemingly always illiterate or mentalky challenged. This store should shut down. The better food is next door at the sub place.

If you order at the restaurant you have to wait 15 minutes or more and if you order by phone for it to be ready when you arrive you will still have to wait 15 minutes o more. I don't think it's fair. If you're not going to have the food ready, don't take orders over the phone.
