The food is decent. A lil soggy but decent. But I got rung up wrong and overcharged. N by the looks of these other reviews, I ain’t the only one. I work in food service too so I ain’t finna complain at that register but I do feel sum typa way that I work hard for my money n im over here getting overcharged.

This location is by far the most outrageous. Not only so they false advertise prices but they also find ways to over charge your debit/atm card extra on a meal that is listed on CURRENT PAMPHLETS WITHIN THE STORE as $12.99 but rings up as $13.99 plus tax so you end up paying out almost $15.45 on a meal listed as a deal price and the food is burned or too hard as if its not fresh and the customer service or cashier person is seemingly always illiterate or mentalky challenged. This store should shut down. The better food is next door at the sub place.

Terrible service. Don't go to this restaurant. You will have to wait more than 20 minutes for your food.You can't even order over the phone because it won't be ready when you get there and you'll have to wait. They don't care about good service.

The food is good but the service is terrible. If you order at the restaurant you have to wait 15 minutes or more and if you order by phone for it to be ready when you arrive you will still have to wait 15 minutes o more. I don't think it's fair. If you're not going to have the food ready, don't take orders over the phone.

Because I’m hungry, because I don’t have a lot of time to argue the point, I’m going to place pen to paper.. usually, I find the place good, but today, I ordered the 6 piece leg/thighs. I ALWAYS decline lemon pepper or any other kind of seasoning… (the food is salty ENOUGH!) get my order, why is there salt/pepper all over the food. Yes, I’m Black, but I prefer my food a certain way. MATTER of FACT when I eat here, I consider myself to be slumming! But it’s quick, tasty and as I stated good. So I return it to have it redone, and they PLACED ALREADY COOKED FRIED CHICKEN, BACK IN THE GREASE and as you can tell by the OVERCOOKED thigh, that I’m not lying! I know that due to the clientele they serve, this review will be over looked. But I’m not going to tell the people that have exquisite taste, not to come, because we don’t ALWAYS want to spend 50- 100 dollars on a meal, but do want something satisfying and quick! But what I will say is, I will give the store another opportunity to keep a customer that visits on a regular, AND TIP, I may add… but the next review will not be this forgiving and I will not hold back on what I observe.
