A blast of Wonderful flavors! I came with my father and son. We ordered the conch fritters, large chicken Malcom cup, and small oxtail dinner. The conch fitters came out fresh, crispy and soft on the inside with a vinaigrette sauce. It was my first time having conch fish and it was delicious. The chicken Malcom cup was a generous serving of chicken rice and beans drenched in a stew sauce, so good!! The oxtail was tender and full of flavor it came with potato salad and a plantain which were also delicious! Shane, the man who serviced us (I am assuming is the owner) had us try a cake with caramel and it was such a treat! My 2 year old son nearly finished it by himself! The food tastes like a grandmas home cooking. We loved everything and look forward to coming again. This restaurant is a gem of Rodgers Park.

The food and customer service is great.
It’s just the people that are not customers standing outside the store isn’t appealing as well as a bit intimidating.

First time trying Belizean food, and it did not disappoint! I placed an online order which was ready a lot quicker than I expected. I had the small beef cup with rice and beans, and the conch fritters with spicy cabbage sauce 🔥

The cashier was very nice and patient. She made me feel comfortable with ordering after I was unsure about what I wanted. The food was great and I will be back.

The place is small, and it didn't have a lot of things as they were out of it. Had better belizian food.

Went in per the reccomendation of someone in Rogers Park Neighborhood group; also went in knowing that I could only get 1 thing MAYBE, (due to being broke) or just visit and tip and say "be back in a few days"
The service employee insisted I try out some chicken and rice to take home and 1) that is a huge point for customer service 2)
That chicken and rice was so. Fricken. Good. Oh my gosh. It was the most basic thing on the menu so now I want to try so many more things but oh my GOSH so good!!
Only reason I'm giving a 4/5 on food is bc I feel the chicken and rice is like, the most basic. So I'd like to try their actually more belizian-style foods. particularly I would love to try that red snapper. I am not a big fish eater, but it sounds really good, and I like to explore!
Only reason i'm giving it a 4/5 on atmosphere is because it isn't a fancy place. The vibe was very friendly and happy and welcoming though and the place looked pretty clean.
The picture is the sample given to me by the FOH employee, placed on my own plate at home - so do not assume that is the usual size. But still oh my GOSH so good.
PLEASE VISIT!! So good.
I'll be here again for sure!

Love the conch fritters and its a hard find in the city. What I love most is their hot sauce, a. Spicy cabbage vinegar based sauce
