Every venue in Chicago needs to take notes from Reggies in terms of ventilation. It is SO nice to be at a show where there are large fans that can actually be felt AND fresh air being pumped into the crowd.Not only is this venue visually pleasing with something interesting to look at everywhere you turn, but it has multiple seating options and a floor that slants down towards the stage, which makes the viewing experience better for everyone.I cannot understate how nice it was to be able to breathe clean air at a metal show. Big thanks to whoever’s decision that was.I’m going to make it a point to keep up on their upcoming shows because it was such a pleasant experience overall.

Was here for a wedding after party. The bartenders knowingly let someone else cash out for me. I know this because when I was asking to close my tab they said, “we gave it to someone in a black suite. We asked him, are you sure you’re going to give the card to him?” Never found where my card was, and the bartenders acted like it was my fault this happened. Why are you letting people take other people’s cards when you know they aren’t the person that opened the tab? All around bad experience. Don’t go here, they give your credit cards to other people then kick you out because they’re closing.

First time here and I was in love with the whole vibe. That changed when I went to the rooftop. I sat at the bar for 20 minutes without a “hello. I’ll be right with you” or “I’m sorry we’re really busy”. Nothing. Bartender never acknowledged us. Several servers and him were right in front of us & didn’t even look our way. I went downstairs to see if I had better luck getting some service. That took about 10 minutes but at least our server apologized. Food order took 30 minutes to get to our table. Drinks the same amount of time. I had to walk up to our server to ask where our drinks were for my second round. They were sitting at the bar for a while. She did give us free drinks so that helped with my review. She also apologized saying they didn’t expect the place to be as busy as it was. She was really friendly unlike the others on the rooftop. I’m unsure if I’ll be back due to lack of professionalism from your bartender upstairs & long food & drink wait. This was on a Wednesday. I cannot even imagine the level of service on a weekend.

Low vibration. Basically, if a person vip'd for a party, they stick you in the back (behind some curtains, no dancing space either)in a small room with other regular patrons. It was my first and last time there. If you do go, make sure its not a vip'd party going on first....then come back here and let me know how it was. #Californialife4ever

Immaculate vibes, food, service, music! One of a kind gem which should not be missed. Honestly this is one of the best bar/restaurants I've been to... in all of America. 3 levels, the top floor is just a regular sports bar, with a pool table, a ton of TVs and awesome music playing. The food we got up there was like a Platonic ideal of bar food. The Greek Salad (yes) was amazing, medium rare burger just perfection, Buffalo wings banging, the veggie burger had like a pizza as the top half of the bun?! What the actual F, bar food here is on another level.Levels 1 and 2 are live music! Our server was having a bad day, some customers were rude to her, which is beyond despicable. Reggies is a national treasure, we're from out of town, maybe people here don't realize how good the scene here is, or appreciate it in the moment. Never change Reggies! Never change!

If you are out of town dont go to Reggies they only like their own regulars and drinks are terrible, old soda taste. Thought bingo would be fun on a Monday night while in town for conference but the Dweeb behind the bar that hosted Bingo was a jerk he had no problem taking our money but when game started he wouldn't call out the Number instead making us rely of the drunks nexts to us to give us the answer, with that said save your money for something else to do.
