Ordered a pizza. The cashier seemed lost and just stared into nothing. I stood there staring at him, waiting for him to ring me up or ask me if I wanted a drink. Nothing. I put my card into the machine and waited on an older gentleman to tell the cashier to ring me up in Spanish. Recreational marijuana may have been a factor. Pizza was doughy and needed a little longer in oven. 1/10 won't try again.

Walked up with no other customers anywhere to be seen. A man and woman behind the counter were talking about personal topics and ignored me for three minutes easy
They were right there…
I ended up walking away sensing it would go down hill from there and decided to leave a review
Once I read the rating and general sentiment … I am relieved I made the right call
Dont waste uour time or money with this place
Good pizza, but not true Chicago deep dish pizza
Food was amazing! I ordered a pepperoni pizza and they provided the best thing I've tasted in months, even though it was being kept warm under a burner they somehow managed to keep it crunchy and chewy in the best way possible, absolutely amazing will order again whenever I visit ORD.

Fire the staff immediately. Came here on January 2nd 3:50 pm at gate G in ORD. Terrible service and attitude towards customers.
Its ok. I have better but its quick and decently priced for airport food. The pizza itself was good and seemed fresh. They had a good selection pre made and ready.

Very good pizza. Crust was good and it was not very greasy. If I come through the airport again I will definitely try it again.

I was skeptical trying this restaurant after reading the reviews but I'm happy I did.
The pizza may be worth trying if it's fresh. Spend the extra buck and have them make you a fresh custom za. I chose the Italian Beef (wet, hot & sweet) and was very satisfied. I expected half the sandwich at that price. The beef was tender and plentiful, the peppers had a little kick, and the bread complimented the ingredients. Have plenty of napkins available!
I must have caught them on a good day as my server was attentive and polite. There are a few seats available inside the restaurant.
Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options available on the menu.
Parking: This restaurant is located near Gate G5 inside the airport.

The pizza is nothing like actual deep dish, it is on a warmer and ok taste. Service was very rude. Skip this if looking for authentic Chicago deep dish.

Young man who helped me was nice but young lady at the register only said, “Anything else?” so I agree, more training in customer service. The pizza was not anything spectacular at all - it tasted like heated up frozen pizza, not even all the cheese was melted, but I was starving so I ate it. I won’t go there again. Definitely not worth the money.

Pizza was disgusting and tasted like it’s been sitting there for days. I asked for buffalo wings and they took half an hour just for them to give me regular wings. When I said “these are buffalo wings?” One dude who looked Indian said “yes, you never had it before?” in a very rude tone. the employees here need training to treat their customers better. Save your money and spend it somewhere better.
