I ordered to airport and it sent it to this location so I called for cancellation and refund but was not refunded I will never give this place my business if I come back to Illinois it's wrong

I had thin crust sausage and cheese. The crust was undercooked and chewy, the sauce was spicy for some reason, and it had no flavor. I will never order from them again. I threw half the pizza in the garage smfh!!!!

One star, I've never had their fresh food and can only vouch for the frozen pizza. It was the best I've ever had and I bought it for years and spent thousands of dollars on their pizza. This was the only pizza i used at home and holidays and any time we had a giant party or a block party i would easily buy 25 at a time, sometimes i had to visit a few grocery stores because i cleaned one totally out and then abruptly I couldn't find it in any grocery store in the Akron Ohio area. I contacted them twice, one time was by email and the 2nd time was on Facebook and they never did reply back to me.

They will not answer the phone and you can only see the menu online. No way to place an order. No fried foods after 10 on weekends. Must be on the way out of business

I am very please with the excellent customer service the manager-Erica and the employee Micaeca have exemplified. I had an issue with my pizza and I wasn't pleased with it but after I went into the store with my issue they didn't give me any negative attitude concerning my issue; they handled my concern with great professionalism. Micaeca -employee treat me with excellent service and she even made my order correctly and she even offered me something to drink to show that they were very sorry about my issue. Kudos to her and her example of excellent customer service at Reggio's Pizza! Thank you for the outstanding job that you do to serve your community! Ps- Very Happy Customer!!!
