Reggio's has a branch at Jazz Food Court in Concourse C (T1) at O'hare. They sell 7-8 types of small size pizza. I recently had the pepperoni pizza which was served in a small take-away box. The pizza tasted like it was frozen and then warmed, other than the pepperoni, it was flavorless. Would not recommend.

Pizza was tasty and the ingredients tasted fresh. I had the triple veggie (mushrooms, tomato and green bell pepper). The deep dish was just about alright, I would have expected it to be a little more crispy and deep. All in all, it was just about average. I have had better deep dish pizza in Chicago.

Had a bad experience here today. Ordered two pizzas and was told one would be out in 8 minutes. I asked if we could wait and get both at the same time, and I was scolded. "Your pizza is ready now. You heard me?" Really rude. Someone doesn't care about their job.

The young gentleman who has a Justin Bieber haircut is also rude as shit and shouldn't be working anywhere there needs to be customer service. But then I see a female at the counter and his demeanor changes 360. Pizza was dry, taste is bland and would rather go hungry than eat here again.

Do you see any toppings here? No… plain cheese pizza, but she charged us for toppings. When my wife asked her what was the extra charge about, she denied… said it was before taxes, raised her voice.. and didn’t give me the receipt, just this order confirmation.Companies, be careful what kind of image you want to show people… we recorded the whole thing… pretty absurd someone getting 2 dollars out of each tourist… authorities duly notified!
