Very good taqueria. Fast and tasty and inexpensive. Came here for dinner. Street parking is available in the evenings. Friendly service. I'd come back. We had the steak taco dinner w rice and beans. Very generous serving. Chips for the table with excellent salsa. Super spicy and delicious. We'll be back.

Fantastic little tacos and more place. Service is quick friendly, the menu is ample, and the flavors are excellent. Loved my experience here and the value I got for my meal! Easy street parking and quick service. At lunch, peak hours it can get crowded, but other than that, plenty of seating is available.

Excelente, everything I get here is flavorful and yummy. My faves are pozole rojo with everything on it. And the chilaquiles rojos. They have a good chips and salsa. This is a gem.

Delicious food served by friendly servers with an inviting atmosphere. I had the chicken enchiladas and a michelada—both were excellent. My mother had steak tacos and guacamole. She liked hers, too. Highly recommend this place. We’ll be back.

All I have to say is MUY RICO!! Was grabbing a shelf with my friend from facebook marketplace and we were near the Elmwood area and were in the mood for tacos. I found this quaint and petite restaurant on google maps and I was throughly impressed with the food and service! Entering into the restaurant, there is a very comforting vibe, themed with Mexican art and styling and the window is full of succulents and plants which I'm a huge fan of. The guy working the register was super chill and gave a few recommendations to my friend and I. I am an avid taco lover coming from California so I already knew what I wanted. I ordered 5 tacos total, 2 al pastor, 1 carne asada, 1 lengua(tongue), and 1 tripas(tripe). The al pastor was well marinated, little spicier than expected but absolutely delicious. I made sure to infuse every bite with their salsa roja for the best experience. Carne asada and lengua were also solid, lengua was extremely tender and well made. Tripas was also delicious but I personally prefer them to be a bit crispier. Overall an incredible find, and will definitely recommend this to others who venture over near Elmwood.

Selected this place because it was rated 4.2 somewhere and deigned to be the best in the area. Uh, disagree. Order was shorted by 3 tacos, only salsa given was hot, and meat was overcooked and dry - so no - won't go here again. So many other places in the area that there has to be one better! On the positive side, their guacamole was good.

My go to spot in the area, steak has great flavor, And when delivered, they go above and beyond to make sure everything is individually wrapped. Tacos done the right way!

The restaurant does not have parking but there is parking around and easy to find. The place is small but you can put the tables together for a larger group. Our server came around and she was on point on taking the order, the menu is inexpensive and the food was good. The portions are big so you may enjoy with someone a plate.

This is a great family owned/run neighborhood place. Great Mexican food. The posoles (Verde / Rojo) are delicious

Breaded. Chicken. torta. Soooo good. 1 0000x better than Comales. Chilaquiles and cheese green enchiladas are also great. Tacos are standard but the sauce variety is fun, love the avocado salsa

The best carne asada tacos on the westside of Chicago. Cash only, I love this place more than words can describe, and I'm sure you will too.
