Friendly service. I picked up a chocolate fan torte for my family because it was beautifully decorated with a flower I knew they'd love. We enjoyed it for dessert and the cake tasted even better than it looked!

I placed my cake order 3 weeks in advance to be picked up on Sunday. When I called the store to pick it up, no one answered. I was never informed of the Sunday closing hours, nor did I receive a courtesy call letting me know to come pick up my cake before closing. Very disappointing experience after planning ahead.

We have been going to Reuter’s Bakery for over 40 years, so it’s our baseline to compare other similar bakeries. They do a great job and we continue to buy from here. Staff is very good and pleasant most of the time . Prices have gotten out of hand though. I wish they produced more of their signature Reuter’s coffee cake each day since it’s usually sold out by 9 am.

Each customer points with his finger at what he wants, and the Seller in turn arrogantly and displeasedly guesses what it should be (. Not friendly!
