I placed an order for their chocolate log cookies and they were horrible, they weren’t the typical log cookies I normally purchase. The apple pie had only 5 slices of apple in the whole pie, most of the pie was just the filling that’s used.

Second time ordering a cake from here and wow delicious. The customer service was great. The lady who helped us gave us suggestions on what we could do to save money on our cake. Which she could have easily just sold us an expensive cake. Let me Tell you I didn’t think our guest would want cake but the entire cake was gone AGAIN. The first time we ordered for our wedding my husband and I only got a little bite. I love that their cake has just enough sweet and it not over powering. Baby A is from our baby shower and the pink is from our wedding. Beautiful cakes

Before you order read this, this was such a bad experience. My mother went to Reuter's Bakery to place a cake order for her two grandsons' baptism. The cake was for the reception, which was in a banquet hall following the ceremony. On the day of the event, she received a phone call from family who were at the banquet hall asking where the cake was as it was not there. We were on our way to the banquet hall following the ceremony at church and we were quite shocked to receive this phone call, as the cake should have been delivered to the banquet hall at 1 PM. She immediately called Reuter's Bakery and asked if the cake was on its way. The employee stated the cake was sitting with basically no plan at the bakery, which was at least 45 minutes away from the banquet hall with traffic. We got the sense that if we had not called to check in about the cake then the cake would have likely never been delivered to the banquet hall on the day of the baptism. The owner delivered the cake to the banquet hall hours late and said he would refund the delivery charge... We had to push just to get it delivered when it did. Later on in the evening other attendees noted that one of the cake flavors was red velvet, which was a flavor that was not ordered. She had specifically requested vanilla and chocolate cake, and what received part vanilla and part red velvet. My mother had paid a lot of money for this cake and was very upset and disappointed that it was not only extremely late, but it was not what she asked for. The cake was delivered so late that the photographer we had for the baptism had already left for the day per his contract, so there were no professional pictures taken of the cake. When my mother attempted to speak with the owner, Richard, after the event to discuss the mistakes and talk about a refund, he refused to speak to her personally and left his employee Nancy to handle the issue. They would not attempt to remedy the issue of the wrong cake order. We are highly dissatisfied with the customer service from the owner and would not recommend this bakery to anybody who needs a cake for a special event. If we did not call we would not have had a cake. Read the other 1 star reviews. Not sure if someone bought the business, but it is not what it once was. This caused a special day to be full of stress and issues. Buyer beware-there are other good bakeries. This was a big event, and this Bakery let us down on an order we paid hundreds of dollars for.

This place NEVER disappoints me with the cakes I order from them. They always go above and beyond and their cakes are so flavorful, moist, just overall delicious! If anyone ever asks me where to go for cakes, I always send them here. They also have a variety of pastries, cookies, cupcakes, cakes, and breads to choose from. You will not be disappointed if you go here.
Order a cake that looks like a 5 year old did it was better off going to Rosers bakery this was not a cheap cake super unhappy with this cake my days ordering from Here is over .
Not a friend to the Veterans. Asked for a donation of baked goods to be sold benefiting Fischer House ( think Ronald McDonald House for Veteran families), and homeless Veterans. Nope. Please remember this when choosing a bakery for your next event.

Employees need to learn and understand English, My cake was not on point. I wanted a cake with no cream around the sides just in the middle. There barely strawberry fillings. I wanted strawberry fillings not just the strawberries, Cake look like pancakes.
