We haven't been to Riccardo Enoteca for several years and I forgot how special it is. It's a charming venue, the service is excellent, and the food is outstanding. Try the tuna tartar for a really different and delicious starter. The risotto that accompanied the pork (a special) was exceptional. Try the ricotta cheesecake for dessert. In fact, everything we ordered was delicious. We'll be back soon.

Riccardo's is one of the best, and one of my favorite, Italian restaurants in Chicago. The food and service were excellent, which is why my husband and I return often. The food is always carefully prepared and served. The wine list offers many excellent Italian wine options, in price as well as region.

I go here perhaps once a month and love it each time. Intimate environment, great food, friendly service. Rarely has an open table for a first seating due to high demand. Sometimes I sneak a spot at the bar.
Last night I took my brother here and we got burrata, carbonara, roast chicken, a salad, and the apple pie for dessert. I’d recommend all of them!
