Cute restaurant. Decent service.
I ordered red curry with glass noodles.it was awful. Watered down, no taste and the veggies were mushy. Wouldn’t recommend.

If you’re craving some legit Thai food, Rice & Noodles should be on your list. The pad Thai is straight fire—tangy, flavorful, and the perfect balance of sweet and savory. The spicy basil chicken? Don’t sleep on it. It’s got the right amount of heat that’ll have you reaching for your water, but it’s so tasty you won’t mind. I spent around $30 for a generous serving of pad Thai and basil chicken, plus a refreshing Thai iced tea. The vibe is chill, and the service is always on point, which makes it a great spot for a quick dinner or a laid-back meal. Definitely coming back to try more items on the menu!"

Don't go here unless you're drunk, or just don't care about the taste & quality of your food. The "Thai level" of spice is a joke. I love my Mexican people, but that doesn't mean we should go trying to cook other culture's foods if we can't do it right. Trust me, I love Thai food, but this wasn't it. It's worse than Taco Bell is to Mexican food. You only get 3 oz of duck in the curry, so don't expect a normal 6-8oz of protein unless you pay more. It's super watery with such an obvious lack of flavor. I asked for thick egg noodles with it only to get the soggiest, most overcooked noodles. I told my waitress that they're too soft and she said they'd remake them. They sent another cup of noodles with the same level of sogginess.
My friend got the Pad Thai, and he said the same thing: lack of flavor. He had to keep putting soy sauce & chili on it. Even then, he wasn't impressed.
Overly sweet Tom Yum, watery and sweet Green Curry, not enough depth of flavor and barely any spice even when Thai level spice was selected.
I'm very grateful I asked for extra limes. While I personally wasn't charged, I was told they charge $1.00 for two small wedges.
Hit this spot up if you want extremely mediocre and overly sweet Thai food

Ordered for pickup, we ordered spicy Thai rice, we got a regular fried rice, ordered the basil ground chicken with mushrooms ( i paid extra for this) and they didn't put mushrooms in the food. I called them and explained to them the situation. I was told by the person that picked up the phone that she was not the person that took the order. She said that they would remake the ordered or give me credit for next time... I took the credit. I got a call back from them and said the manager said not to give the credit. I am very disappointed 😞

My first time there. A small, no frills restaurant. The people at the front of the restaurant were very attentive. The food was tasty and you can choose your spice level. Portions are nice. We had the pad kee mow, chicken noodle soup, rainbow rolls and shumai, all delicious. I failed to take photos of our entrees because we chowed down.

This place is amazing for Thai food. Their prices are very affordable and the portions are large. The taste and flavor of their dishes is extremely delicious. I tried the pad see ew, spicy Thai fried rice and crab rangoon…all of them were amazing. Highly recommend this spot for lunch or a nice takeout dinner.

This is MY FAVORITE spot in Pilsen. I order from Rice & Noodles every Friday after work because their Thai spicy tofu panang curry is ?? ::: chef's kiss::: I love spicy food. The curry is super spicy and also has that coconut milk sweetness to it. They get it right every time. The Pad see ew is equally delicious as is the lad nar! The tofu skewers with the peanut sauce are amazing. I love that they have plenty of vegan/vegetarian options. The food is ALWAYS piping hot and the ingredients are fresh. My compliments to the cooks because they are back in that kitchen making the most delicious Thai food I've tried in the city. I hope that this restaurant is in business for a long time because I will honestly never tire of their panang curry and pad see ew.
Vegetarian options: I get tofu in my curry and with my noodles. They have options to leave out fish sauce in certain dishes as to keep the dish vegan.

Had takeout for lunch from here. I had pad Thai with chicken, honestly wasn’t the best. Co-worker also wasn’t too impressed with his food.

Every time I order something it's not as described on their menu. It's either missing vegetables, has so much onion or missing It's too bland.

Ordered from here, going by the many recent positive reviews. The food was very underwhelming and crap. Ordering from here taught me to also look at the lowest rated reviews as well, so I don't make such mistakes again.
