The employee is very rude and treats the delivery person as if they’re culprits. Very unprofessional, Abrasive and Obnoxious.He made me wait for 10 minutes and then told me he won’t give me the order and told me to GET OUT!Never have I ever been treated like this from any other Restaurants.I’ve experienced it a couple of times before posting this review.

Terrible experience picking up a deliveries from this place. They should hire their own delivery staff instead of treating 3rd party ones like they're criminals.Won't pick up phone calls and keeps all doors locked. Order from here or his ghost restaurant Raw Chicago at your own risk.

The person in the restaurant is abusing me. I got the message it's ready for pickup but when I enter into restaurant for the order. he is abusing badly. I have recorded him. He is with long hair. He even abused many delivery drivers who are working very hard. Don't prefer this restaurant to anyone who has some self respect.

I don’t know why the reviews aren’t higher here,,, I thought the food was GREAT! I can be picky about my sushi and I really enjoyed this. My food was ready EXACTLY when it said it was and the short interaction I did have with the staff was very pleasant.

Thanks again, Rice cafe for bringing joy in the form of yummy food during this strange time. We ordered our food to go, and it was delicious as always. Kids and adults happy. Inside, everyone wearing masks and gloves. My order was ready on time. I miss going out to dine here, but I'm glad I don't have to cook tonight!
