Amazing costumer service! The manager is super nice & always greets me when I walk in. The atmosphere is so cozy and is the perfect place to study or hang out with friends over drinks. I love their Cafe Miel Latte. Definitely recommend.
Crowded with almost no seats available. Largely a student crowd more than professional. Barista didn't understand an Americano-short-water order.

Very solid atmosphere with an amazing view of boats heading down the Chicago River. Great music playing, not too loud, and staff are friendly/good at their jobs. If you’re looking for a spot to hang and work for a few hours, this is a solid one.
