Absolutely unacceptable experience at Roeser’s Bakery (3216 W North Ave) on Sunday, January 4th, 2026. I ordered a custom cake for my daughter’s birthday and provided a clear reference image. What I received looked nothing like what I asked for. It was sloppy, poorly executed, and honestly embarrassing to put out for a child’s birthday.

My cake I ordered was very poorly made . I gave them detailed instructions . They added other extra decorations I didn’t want . It was for my golden birthday. Way too much buttercream to the point my cake isn’t good . Can’t even taste the actual cake. Disgusting
I have been coming to this Bakery as long as they have been open, every year I get myself a birthday cake yesterday I picked up a personal birthday cake, I was shocked there was maybe an inch of cake the rest was icing and the strawberries were sour in all the years of coming to this Bakery, im just hurt
