They were at the Lollapalooza festival, and they are obviously a popular option. I never liked their in restaurant service but you don’t get food at a festival for the service. I decided to get mini pancakes. It was a base flavor and then $1 for each topping. Festival food is expensive so I didn’t care to order 3 additional toppings. I waited for my order and noticed the people in front of me got their order and left. Then the people behind me started leaving with their food. Eventually i’m just standing there and they finally realize they don’t have a ticket for my order. They quickly made it and I ran to my next set because now I was late and on the way there I noticed they missed two fruits I had ordered. It’s only two dollars and I can part with losing two dollars, but I added so much fruit to my order originally because I was hungry. I think the guy thought I was lying about the toppings and just gave me one.
I usually wouldn’t write a review over something so minor and at a completely different environment but this is the same type of service I used to get at the restaurant on the rare occasion I craved a crepe or pancake. Not sure where they are located now, but hopefully they can work on it.
Is now called mr. Chilaquil takes forever to get your food. The veggie burrito is lettuce, tomato and cheese. The fire detector is low on battery and keeps beeping. Not clear on what your ordering when it comes to salsas
This review is to raise awareness to the community. I came here to eat with my family. The food was good and the menu items are fun, however it’s highly overpriced like other reviews say, for that same reason I was disturbed to find out that | the employees don’t get to keep the tips.|
The employer keeps their tips I think it’s time to call better business bureau and the department of labor so they can figure out how much he owes employees and ex-employees just on credit card charges alone.
The place is severely understaffed. These women have to do the jobs of cooks, waiters, dishwashing and cashiers. Not many restaurants operate this way, and the few who do however, have more staff so it’s not such a huge workload for each employee.
So if you get bad or slow service this is why!
Sad day when you find out the Latino employers steal from Latino staff because of their status.
First time trying and definitely my last, place is overpriced they messed up my order. I ordered 2 snows and I only received one but they charged me for the 2 and they did not want to return my money for something that I never received, terrible service
Good food and good service ?
Bad service and horrible food, I don't recommend it at all, the crepe looked like plastic, it smelled a little bad and I had a stomach ache.
It was amazing they have super great mini pancakes and crepés. ✨️??
WORST place ever makes you wait hours for your order, costumer service is horrible they dont know what they are doing and they dont have an answer for you.Be ready to spend at least 30min for 1 item Never coming back.
Great place food and service. A little pricey but still good
Took myself and two daughters there for rolled ice cream. They were out of rolled Ice cream. So we got ice cream cones. In all 3 of our ice cream cones we found three small pieces of brown hair. Threw the cones out immediately. Will not be going back.
