Ron of Japan has been a favorite for decades! They never disappoint. The service is always top tier, and the food is always amazing - especially the egg sauce! I've traveled to Japan, and Ron of Japan is the closest teppanyaki experience I've had in the US. Highly recommend!
Essen war sehr gut, auch die Zubereitung direkt am Tisch ist originell. Bedienung war freundlich. Die Getränkekarte könnte etwas mehr Auswahl vertragen.
Horrible service. We waited over 20 minutes to get our check and our waitress rarely checked in. Will never go back.
Some cook I suppose are less experienced than others, steak was overcooked(wanted medium rare, but got medium well cubes) and lobster tail was semi over cooked and semi rubbery. Lobster was unseasoned and plain, the soy sauce dip helped it a bit but was bland when tasting it alone. Butter egg sauce was very unpleasant and to thick and oily.
Food is excellent!! Lobster tails are huge and steak is tender. Service is great and drinks are stiff. You have to get the yolk sauce
This restaurant looks nice inside and out. The problem comes with everything else. They open at 5. We had reservations for 530 and we're early but they were nearly empty and had no issues getting our table early. We ordered all at the same time, a sushi roll, entrees, and drinks. The drinks took about ten minutes and a second took about the same. The cook came out and began preparing to make the entrees and the sushi roll had not come out yet. It ended up coming out after the salad. The shrimp served at the beginning was not seasoned. It did have egg sauce, which I found odd in texture for what it was being used for but also under seasoned. Imagine a hollandaise sauce with very little being brought to the table of flavor. Of the entrees, the sirloin was good. I also tasted a coworkers ribeye and could barely tell a difference. The scallops were way way over cooked. This was brought up to the waiter and the cook and there was no resolution. I kept wanting to stop the cook and day that's enough but I didn't. If you want Japanese Hibachi, I guess Ron of Japan was not the best plan.

Whereas this place didn’t have as many options for vegans as I’d like, they did provide me with an enormous portion of veggies which was greatly appreciated. I had requested tofu but never received it. However my waiter was gracious enough to remove it from my bill without me having to make a fuss.
Great place. Food excellent!

Not like “The Ron of Japan” from years ago .... Maybe the decor is Ordered the most expensive dish offering...$97 Soup was water run thru a chicken bland - noodles were over cooked and not even vermicelli or angel hair ? Don't get. Salad dressing was very mustardy and not a lot of ginger. Lettuce was wet and a lot of white parts/ head lettuce. Vegetables were bland, rice was extremely bland and if it did have shrimp ( and chicken upgrade) they were cut up / minced. Lobster had their “famous” sauce that was gelatinous on top ( he did steam) but, a thick glob slathered on. It didn't melt down or be as creamy or a delicious as it once was. Filet was ok. Cut thin and then into bite size pieces. $20 valet parking.
Everything was great. Our chef Juan was amazing. The service is phenomenal. The food is delicious. It's been my favorite restaurant for 33 years.

The food was good. The show was beautiful work of art. Really liked the Golden Shrimp.
What is important is that the food is fabulous!! All the employees are super. My only "cons" were that it was too loud. we could not talk to each other, let alone the people at our table, because of the music. Also a bit too dark. Again, the food was fabulous!
We’ve been coming here for years whenever we visit family. Today was just as delicious as always. Great service and chef, we were with work people who were very impressed. So much food! Shogun is a must but share it!
Over priced for what we had, but food was delicious. Cook was fabulous ( Eric ) and our server was also fabulous ( Lauryn)
Host rude and unprofessional. Food not even worth your time and money. Make your self a favor and don’t go to this place 0 recommended
