Don’t go to this place. Save yourself the hassle. Bad service throughout. And if they don’t like what you’re wearing, you’re out of luck, they won’t let you in. Saw them reject people for wearing a baseball hat. Incredible.

As a lover of Latin American food, I was excited to hear about Ronero and gave the place a try a few weeks after they opened. It was pricey for Latin American food -- doesn't even come close to what you get at a hole-in-the-wall for a fraction of the price. I suppose you're paying for location and ambiance.

Ronero may be a hidden gem. No crowds on a Saturday night. The food was delicious - roasted Brussels sprouts, grilled corn chicharrones, baby back ribs were all flavorful, and well presented. Ceviche was mediocre - the halibut was tough and the citrus wasn't well balanced. A very enjoyable meal overall, with good service in an interesting setting.

When I came here this summer, the happy hour was unbeatable!

This spot is HOT! If you're looking for a good spot with all Hispanic music this is it. It's always packed. You know it's good when it's Latin and everyone in line is fluent in Spanish and English is their second language. I'm a regular and will continue to party here !

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED in the management and security team at this venue. My friends and I were treated very poorly and a few were physically assaulted by the security staff. We decided to spend on a table as we had a party of 14 and not only were we physically disrespected but this venue cheated us and charged us double then what was initially agreed upon. An extra 1k so obviously we needed to dispute it. When this was brought to the mgrs attention, they became very disrespe

I was invited to Sunday brunch for a friend's birthday. Despite being just about the only group in the restaurant, the kitchen could not keep up and bring out everyone's orders. It took a span of about 15-20 minutes for a group of 20 to all get served with the guest of honor being last. Several of the orders were wrong, had undercooked eggs and cold. Additionally, the server didn't track who ordered what, which made it even more confusing. The food options seemed pretty innovative, but they were very poorly executed. I expected more based on the previous reviews and rating.

Great combination of drinks and food for happy hour. Thursday to Saturday they have live latin music. If you want to dance check out the upstairs. They are known for their rum selection.

We popped into Ronero on a Sunday night prior to dinner reservations elsewhere ... we have been there before and loved it but this particular Sunday was extra special. The bartender, Richard, went out of his way to make sure we had a great start to the night. He noticed that we were celebrating a birthday and took the time and car to send over some bar snacks - which was super nice and thoughtful. He also mixed delicious drinks and was super friendly. Ronero has a great environment and great food, which we knew, and now we will be back for drinks as well! Thanks again!

More like a 3.5 based on food alone but we had a fun experience so I rounded up. My husband and I met friends on a Friday night at Ronero and got a great booth in the back room. The front was a little more lively but the back filled up through the course of our visit too. The drinks are mostly rum based but interesting. They have a rum take on an old fashioned that was pretty good, and a decent wine by the glass offering. The menu is South American and Caribbean influenced and designed to share. We started with the tostones and ropa vieja. The short rib was pretty good but the tostones were topped with some sort of crab mixture that just did not do it for us. Next up were the skirt steak, lamb chops, and the whole fried red snapper. The steak and lamb chops were fine, nothing special or memorable but cooked well and tasty. The snapper was TO DIE FOR and basically saved the meal and the experience. It's nicely presented whole at the table and they filet it tableside. Full of flavor, cooked to perfection and just wonderful. It's accompanied with delicious rice and more tostones that did not have the weird crab topping and I wish our server had told us that we should order a different app since we were already getting tostones with our fish. The ambiance is lively and the bar upstairs was just getting going when we finished up. Classy decor and good service. Not sure if they have what it takes to stick around long term in such prime real estate but if you do go then just do yourself a favor and order the fish.

Great Latin dance popular music! One of the Perez brothers was playing and there was a guy playing along with a conga set. Tight space but fun night.
