I’m from out of town and had been looking at this restaurant for three weeks and decided to make a reservation for brunch, for my birthday. I made a reservation and was on time. Before I list my issues, the space and atmosphere was truly beautiful before my experience was ruined. If it wasn’t my birthday, I probably could’ve looked past the issue and wanted to try again.
Once seated it took a while for my server to come to the table. After being served water, my partner kept being asked if he wanted something to drink despite him asking for a cup to drink the water from for 10 minutes.
We ordered and despite them not being extremely busy, we went downstairs for a smoke break. We informed the server and hostess who sat us that we would be right back. We were gone for 5 minutes and they had completely sat our table.
After locating a manager, she completely disregarded what I was saying and cut me off before finishing my sentence to let me know “She understood” when I hadn’t even finished my sentence. At this point, it was 430. My reservation was at 315 and our food still wasn’t even ready and there was no sign of our ticket (manager’s words who sat the table.)
There was no empathy or even a sentiment to fix the situation when it was completely her fault. We were not offered another table or anything to rectify this “misunderstanding”.
I was completely disappointed and irate. It was my birthday and I felt like we were treated poorly for no reason.
I hope in the future your management actually takes the time to listen to the customer and actually offer rectification instead of sending them on their way. Especially when it’s a special day like a birthday or other celebrations.

I don't recommend this place at all I felt so uncomfortable even before I took the elevator they look at me and my husband up and down like if we were trash. I saw groups of 10 ordering one miserable bottle being treated like VIPs while we both wanted a table and a bottle as well and we didn't even got that, If you want to have a good time go somewhere else this place is not worth it.

We were at the Roof to celebrate a special birthday and invited several close friends to join in the festivities. Our server, Brittany gets a 5 rating ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. She was an absolute delight! She was incredibly attentive and made sure our section was well taken care of throughout the evening. The DJ was also on point—playing a great mix of Latin and hip hop, and he honored my request and gave a special shout-out to the the man of the hour for his birthday, which was a nice touch.
However, I was disappointed to hear the next day that several of our guests were turned away when they tried to valet their vehicles with the hotel. Since they weren’t familiar with the area, they had hoped to use the valet parking service, as mentioned on the hotel’s website. Unfortunately, they weren’t able to park and ended up leaving, which was extremely frustrating. As a guest of the hotel I was able to park, but my guest attending the Roof were not. I was embarrassed because valet parking was advertised as available for guests attending the Roof, which I reiterated to my guests as well. This oversight had the potential to ruin what could have been a larger turnout for our celebration .
Overall, we had a good time, but I hope the hotel addresses the valet situation for future guests.

It was my birthday and i drove up from Kansas City but unfortunately ran into construction traffic as well as 2 vehicle accidents that halted arriving on time. I made many attempts to contact someone and left a message to inform someone I was running late but to no avail. When I arrived the downstairs lobby informed me they closed early due to it being slow and my card was charged for a “no show fee”. Attempted to contact them again today (11/27/2024) but still no answer. Still hoping someone reaches out to me.

Came with reservations on a Saturday morning for brunch. Place wasn’t very busy when we got there. The inside decor makes it clear the place is a club in the evening but the music was chill at the time we were there. They came for our drink order - I wanted coffee but was informed the coffee machine not working so I get any. That was pretty unfortunate there was not any other coffee options available for a brunch. I ended up getting a mimosa instead. For breakfast, I ended up getting the Roof breakfast. I got scrambled eggs, and they were a bit overcooked for my liking. The potatoes had a nice crunch to them. I got sausage instead of bacon and I enjoyed the links. We also split the blueberry lemon pancakes. The toppings were light and weren’t nearly enough for the amount of pancakes there was. The pancakes themselves were cooked nicely. Shortly into our meal, the power went out in the building. They needed up opening up the doors to outside and we went out to enjoy the view. Being high up, it was nice to see the city from there. The waitress was kind as well and quick to help us. Overall, it was a very okay experience and meal. The breakfast dishes are pretty standard and limited in options. I wouldn’t seek this place out but would come if i was invited.

Came for drag brunch… started 40 mins after the event was supposed to start. No singles for the performers, had to wait for a bank run… but that should have been done the day prior? The line started outside to go back inside where you were waiting anyway, now that was weird! Food was ok. Service was good. Performers was amazing!

I’m fine with being charged a cover fee to access but not ok with the poor service associated with it. Rude staff and was impossible to get a drink. Will not be back.
Table was only $300 and that went towards the tab. We had a great time. The pizza was mad decent. DJ was dope. View was insane. A time was had on Saturday night at the witt!
We went recently on a Friday night. They have a bee Latin night. The venue is beautiful, upscale with amazing city views. The music was great everyone was having a good time. Will definitely go back again!
